This career and the detective career profession was my favorite as a kid. But to be honest I played all of the Ambitions Careers way to much in my early Sims 3 days.

This was the best career they ever made!! I was so disappointed with the sims 4 version because I wanted THIS!

If you ever want another sims paranormal career play through, you can do this as a cat in the sims 3 console pets version and it's the only way to unlocked some lots!

I loved this career! S3 was so well fleshed out. If they'd just improved the graphics and build mode. I'd rebuy it updated!

I'm that person that can listen to ghost stories 24/7 and not scared, even though I do believe in ghosts. When I played through the ghost hunter career in Sims 3, I released all of the "good" spirits - kind, frightened, friendly ones, and would only donate the evil ones haha.

I had three roommates, one who was a ghost hunter who also was a hopeless romantic who wanted to woohoo everyone, and another who was a personal stylist. I’d go ghost hunting and while my romantic was banishing, I’d have the other give makeovers (townies fits are historically horrendous). If they didn’t like the makeover, I’d have the romantic seduce every adult member of the family and then let them catch me at the end, crushing the entire household. I used a cheat to make all my relationships positive to make the seduction faster, and I’d do it to every house I went to until the entire city was home wrecked. I’m usually a lawful good player that follows the rules and makes sweet families but It was my first time playing with the romantic trait. At the end I made the two roommates marry and they lived happily while the town stewed in vitriol🥰

The career that got me most in TS3 was definitely the detective career, though! Stylist, too. Even when Showtime was poppin', all three of the careers were cool when actively going around to schedules!!!

I miss the babysitting career so much!!! Would love a generations pack with babysitting, even if it’s just having relatives babysit your child and you looking after theirs
