I'm 6'2 from a family of men who are 6'4-6'8 on average. They're all fat though and I maintain so from experience I can tell you that height and weight aren't everything. I can run laps around most of them with just about any given task.

These athletes have to take steroids and it's a SACRIFICE of literally take years off their lifespan and other complications. Pudzian is my all times fav Goat 🐐, he was fast agile for a sport were traditionally big guys won, he was not a static strength monster like Big Z Eddie or Brian but man he could run with a load.
