Fish and chips. Can’t beat it. I’ve never tried making it at home but you make it look so tasty and worth the effort. Truly inspiring. Oh, and Thursday was a FEAST! That looked succulent and packed with flavours. Thank you Mr Paul 👏

You can't go wrong with any of these meals, Mr Paul. Love pork fillet. Usually with mash, veg, and mushroom or pepper sauce. Got the all clear on several things at the hospital 👍 so am looking forward to getting some stuff ready for Easter

Oh my Mr Paul, your two pork tenderloin entrees looked wonderful! I’m always looking for new ideas using pork and you provided two lovely options. Mr Paul I too have started freezing portions like you do and it makes life so much easier on those nights. Your curry looked really good. I keep seeing your minced beef pie popping up so I'm going to have a stab at that. You did look very smart in your shirt and tie. Wish you could send some sunshine over here!

Thinking of you on Palm Sunday, Mr. Paul! Your menu looked really delicious and appetizing! 😋 Always good 😊 Always yummy 😋 Always, wished I had some! 😉 😂 Lucky taste testers 😉 😂 If I had to choose which meal of the week, I’d pick Sundays meal, which was, mince and onion pie, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, and Brussel sprouts! 🤤 and some “hot crossed buns” for dessert ! Hi mr Paul i use flake for my fish and chips here in Qeensland which is baby shark cut into 2inch strips and fryed in batter its a firm fish and tastes great uk expat of thirty years love your channel i still cook all my late mums recipes from sixty years ago

I buy almost all my fish in Consum now, I've built up a very good relationship with them and they have much more variety of products than anyone else.

did you freeze your pie uncooked and did you have to defrozed frist befor cooking

You can freeze them cooked or raw. If you freeze them cooked wrap well in plastic wrap making sure there is little or no air trapped. To use, thaw in the fridge overnight DO NOT remove the plastic wrap. So when any condensation forms it will be on the outside of the plastic and not on the pastry, making it soggy. If you freeze raw, defrost just the same the bake off as normal. I hope this helps.

It could be your batter is too thick, the oven is not hot enough or your fat is not hot enough before adding the batter.
