This recipe is so good that's why I changed everything about it and made something else, and you should make this recipe too cause I didn't make it... I get you wanting to make additions or changes to match your tastes but if you didn't actually try this recipe first(which maybe you did but didn't mention) then it's kinda hard to take your word about it. Your ideas may be good additions and people do want to know them but you didn't make this recipe. Your wording starts by saying you made it but as you read on it keeps talking about all the changes you made. Everyone makes their own versions of recipes, you being west Indian (or any other backround) isn't what made you change it, it's just a tidbit about yourself, which is fine but not why you changed it. So I'm good with sharing your ideas of additions/changes because I do use these ideas, I'm good with you telling us your background, but to say THIS recipe is good because of what you made is different.
