It's because Soyeon is already a popular member and gets a lot of attention outside of I-Talks. Especially in Korea. With these I-Talks they are trying to let the other members shine and give them attention and perhaps increase their popularity. Seems like fair marketing to be honest.

it's beacuse Soyeon is always on the studio working hard for the girls. Starting from writing their own music, practicing choreography, composing songs, thinking for another concepts in every era. Common people she's such a role model! Why not give her credits for being a great leader? is that too much to asked? why people would say it's because she's the most popular one that's why people aren't complaining about Soyeon's less featuring on italk's. I mean she deserves it by the way, she deserves the world and to be loved 💖 look how hard working and dedicated she is. She choses to work on studios most of the time rather than being featured in their italk's. That all by means, what more important for her is their group's success rather than her being famous. In their italk's she's always praising the members "y'll did a great job, y'all work so hard" then claps. She always appreciates her members for their hardwork. Sad thing that people don't do for Soyeon :( she once said in one of their italk's that she wants to write more songs for their group and in her video of guide to soyeon, she admits that before, she already wanted to give up despite of her being a trainee for so long in cube still not debuting her. She said good thing that she didn't, because being in G idle with her members was one of the most grateful thing happened to her. She loves her girls so much 💕❤💕 so i hope people will love her too coz she's so pure, precious and so kind hearted 💖
