I love how the trainers showed genuine concern when you tried to reveal the prank. No insults, no shaming. Except for the brother, that fella was in complete disbelief almost to the point of total denial. LOL.

How about this idea when you do few sessions with the same coach, start with low weights and with each session you progress by 100% or more? I think it might be really fun to watch

I think a really great answer to "have you ever lifted before?" is no, but telling them you used to do farmwork at the village or something like that, people then may believe why you're so strong without ever touching the gym because they don't know what kind of farm work you did (lifting cows lol), thought that'd be a fun suggestion, amazing videos like always :)
