Grass-fed Irish ribeye steak served with Burgundy mushrooms -

Damn... looked like an awesome ribeye, wine and mushrooms aside that was honestly cooked exactly how I would like it. Cooked in butter seasoned with Pink Salt, triple peppercorn blend, Rosemary and Thyme, sophisticated yet still fairly simple. Good job homie! Looks great.
@marcuslarwa90983 роки тому
Agreed on meat and cooking, never seen a ribeye with a cap like that. 25% of that steak was the eye.

I wish to God we were able to have Irish beef sent to us here in the U.S. I contacted a gentleman who is the top raiser of beef in Ireland just to see if there wasn’t someway to get it but it just couldn’t be done. Such a beautiful film on this one Aden. Thank You so much.

This might be the best cooked steak I’ve seen on this channel so far. When I first started watching this channel the steaks were way to under cooked for my liking but this one here was beautiful.

@@zolodrik2003 Can confirm, I love steak and beef the way this guy does, the only difference is I can't afford half of it lol. I'll buy like one nice big ribeye like this a month, if I'm lucky. That steak he's eating by itself is easily close to $100, let alone the whole rib section. I also love pugs, so clearly the man has good taste.

Absolutely beautiful. I would have added a couple of cloves of garlic in addition to the rosemary sprigs and basted the drippings over the steak, but that's just my preference.

When I lived in SF I had a tiny apartment so I cooked all my steaks in pans. Thought I had perfected the pan seared steak. They were delicious. But When I moved back to Texas and grilled my first steak in 3 years and tasted it. I was so mad because of how much better it was fresh off the grill. No amount of butter, herbs, or garlic will change how I feel about pan seared vs grilled. But this guy makes one hell of a pan seared steak
@ThisMeantime2 роки тому
Pan seared steaks are just the traditional Japanese method. You can tell they mastered this art form threw years of repetition.

Thick Steak Is more tender easier to cook and taste more savory because more fat inside the meat
@georgereiss54943 роки тому
@@nicolasryan5734 Its more about the quality of the cut instead of size and thickness of steak. For example, Wagyu steak is prepared in much smaller cuts due to its marbled texture quality.
@nicolasryan57343 роки тому
@@georgereiss5494 I Know have you tried USDA thick wagyu its tender But still i like the meaty ones tho ( sirloin) but i love the highest fat content (Rib Eye) i hope they can be one

@lordgrape50153 роки тому
Man i bet its satisfying being able to pick the exact size of your steak😊
@IndySidhu883 роки тому
Should put the herbs before searing the steak because you allow the herbs to break down a bit from the heat and allow the herbs to release with the butter before it cooks the meat. The meat is open and relaxed before you cook it so you allow the meat as it cooks to absorb the butter and release from the herbs before it goes to med-rare.
