Looks great, but I stay away from foods that are directly torched with butane. They do that a lot in Asia. I read that 2-3 decades ago Japan was having trouble with a high rate in stomach cancer. It is all that cooking of food over grills and butane torching of foods. Those cooking methods produce carcinogens from what I have read in the literature.

1軒目の1つ目のラーメンは、脂っぽいハム肉が入っている。麺が玉子麺ではなく白い。ネギではなくニラ。 1軒目2つ目のラーメン、麺を茹ででからスリコギで麺をかき混ぜている。 麺は茹ですぎていてグニャグニャ。 1軒目3つ目のラーメン、これも麺茹ですぎてグニャグニャ、韓国海苔を使用、ネギとニラを入れている。（ネギとかニラは日本では薬味と言って臭みを消す野菜という考え方に基づいて使うので2つとも入れるということはあまりない） など、日本風韓国ラーメンというのが正解ですね。 ただ日本のラーメンだって、中国のものをアレンジして作ったものなので、 韓国の人の口に合うのならこれで良いのではないでしょうか。
