It's crazy how a game made in 2013 can be superior in every way to a game made in 2021 even partially graphics

Maps actually have detail compared to 2042.

This was the first BF game i bought and played... This game is 🔥🔥💥❤️

I still love how when Jack encounters any slight inconvenience whatsoever he exclaims "DICE!!"

The fact that more people are playing this than 2042, when it came out in 2013, just goes to show how badly dice fucked up

I don't get it. Why couldn't they just have made a near-future version of this? What happened to DICE...

You have over 3 million Subscribers. I think all of us should get on battlefield 4, and bring the game back to life.

The greatest FPS ever. Maps are great. Loads of guns. Amazing sequences. Just perfect. Still playing it now. Regardless of what system you play on we were spoiled with this game.

Can't beat the intensity of the firefights as well as how effective team play was

3 and 4 will forever be classic

I know this is oddly specific, but I've always really liked how the hit markers in this game dont have sound.

When Battlefield was everything you would need in a modern military FPS game...

It warms my souls to know a lad like you exists to dish out quality stuff. No over editing, no crazy visuals, just relaxed laid back battlefield content

Yes Jack! BF4 is so gold! Suppressed ACW-R Recon is one of my favourite classes - going for those flanks and back-caps. There's no gameplay quite like this, I'm glad it's still getting some love 💙

Nothing gave me that same feeling I had when playing BFBC2 that time. Current games have more modes, better graphics ect. But there was just something special about bfbc2. The gameplay, map design ect. Would love to start it up again another time.

Battlefield One for me is the game that really got me into the franchise. And then Battlefield Five got me out again. It was a short lived romance...

Battlefield 4 got me into the FPS genre. It will forever be my favourite FPS game.

This game still looks incredible, the maps are absolutely gorgeous. Might have to download this again.

BF4 had one of the greatest comebacks in gaming history and yet it have been overlooked by most. It’s insane how good it holds up after 7 years after the last patch. IMO it still is one of the greatest casual FPS experience on the market available right now. Best Battlefield indeed

The air vehicles felt so more satisfying. Specially the attack helos gun is so much better

BF1 was my first, but BF4 is definitely my favorite. I think I played more BF4 than BF1 and BFV combined, and I didn't even start until after BF1 had already launched! And I freaking love BF1!

Always jump on this every couple of months on ps4, almost a decade on & I'm still playing it, crazy!

Great and BALANCED gunplay (you can use just about anything), cool gadgets, great maps, nice audio, still pretty ok graphics and EPIC and skilled vehicle gameplay. It's just so damn good this game. I'm playing BFV atm though. Having a blast. Played this alot again during the pre 2042 launch hype. Definately gonna pick it up again soon.

I haven't play BF4, but I did BF3 and BF1, and I must say we need more content like this! Especially BF1! Imo the best one, especially in terms of sound and in general immersion. Pls Jack!

started playing bf4 again about two weeks ago and there are so many people playing. it's so rad to be back on it. i had over 100k kills and assists with whirlybirds alone when i quit years ago. i always tried to main as the blackhawk pilot.

Downloaded and played for the very first time in mid 2021 and absolutely fell in love with the game.

BF4 and BF1 have by far the best gameplay of the entire franchise imo. It’s a shame lightning won’t strike twice and save 2042 like they saved BF4.

Been playing again for the last month. I miss this game a lot. It's great and looks fantastic.

I always loved fighting in the water which feels great everytime there is water fight.

Management at DICE should be forced to play this game and take notes of what a true Battlefield experience should be like. Before they can make idiotic decisions.

The solidity of this game just shows how unacceptable the 2042 really is!

Time flies so fast man...

BF4 got so goddamn intense when the casual players moved on to BF1/5 or warzone because only the hardcore stayed behind to keep practicing this polished masterpiece for nearly a decade now. I can usually hop into any multiplayer fps half drunk and still hold my own, but the last few times I hopped in on a BF4 server I felt like a child playing with the big kids.

So nice to see a finished map for once

I understand why BF4 and BF1 are most people's favorites. I'll always enjoy BFV the best. I wish that had become the building blocks for 2042. Squad abilities, attrition system, animations, building mechanics, etc... I love that game. It had its problems and got flack for them rightfully so but yeah... when the Pacific came out and we had those two months before TTK 2.0... really loved that game. BF4, BF1, heck most Battlefield games are great. Hoping for a better future with a more unified community.

BF3 was my favorite minus the extreme suppression. BF4 was also great though. I miss it.

I sometimes wish Dice would either release more content for BF4, or adopt the game's systems for 2042. I loved BFBC2, 2142, BF3 and BF1, but BF4 is where I had the most fun.

I miss the Heli controls/feel from BF4 . Also so many people neglect the fact that the bullet path crosshair has been removed from 2042 in favour of a stationary one. BF4 was so much better in so many ways
