My late grandmother had a 200 year old Ammi that she brought with her from Jaffna after her marriage. Years after she passed away we found it and it was cracked. I grew up watching her make lovely South Indian and Lankan recipes with that ammi. Toiling from Dawn in lovely cotton sarees and talking to us. I love videos like this. It is a firm reminder to always keep our traditions as Indians and keep the memories of our beloveds. Thank you for this gorgeous video!

Your vdos are definitely a treat to the eyes. But cannot duplicate what you make unless one is cooking for 10-12 ppl like you are. Homemakers need measurements in smaller quantities but may be your audience target is different
