Beautiful cooking in traditional utensils... However, in practice, I find it's very easy to maintain traditional utensils of brass, vengalam or cast iron.. because they do not need to be maintained. I'm from north, bro I luv the south Indian cuisine.. Hard to find such authentic one out there.. These days it's just all about putting that loads of Mayo or cheese on anything and everything.. just makes me wanna throw up.. It destroys the original taste of that dish..

Aunty there is one fermented tomato chutney cooked in south India...my frnd from a village near banglore got it for me . Can u give recipe of that amazing and very different chutney... Mt frnd go it in but tiffin box and stored it for months

After watching your video I have gained confidence of trying premade mixes too. It’s difficult for people from other parts of country to prepare these dishes from scratch but we too are fan of idli vada sambar etc. I know it won’t have the exact taste as freshly made preparation but Atleast it’s something similar.
