It is recommended for trailer/RV tires to change them out every 5 year regardless of tread or them sitting in one spot for years. Sitting in one spot under load for a long extended time, or years can weaken a tire. Also get a tire monitor system for the trailer tires. Find out the GWVR and get the best tire rated for that weight. Also note the maximum speed those tires are rated for and never go over that speed. Make sure you have at least one spare correctly inflated. Always carry a portable tire inflator. Tires that blow out can cause damage to an RV or Tiny home. We now only put G rated tires on our RV. It is better to be proactive and change tires out at a certain time. We have learned out lessons after RVing for 13 years. Always make sure when purchasing tires that they show you the month/year of the tire that is noted on the sidewall, to confirm they are new tires.

Is this a Cornerstone built tiny home? It looks like their signature ceiling. Anyway, it appears to need quite a bit of work including mold remediation (under cabinets in the kitchen). It also needs to be repainted both inside and out. Oh the outside wood siding needs to be cleaned and stained again. It’s obvious no one has lived in this tiny home for a couple of years so I’d suggest selling as is at a lower price or invest the time & money to make those needed repairs then price accordingly. it's nice but seriously needs a repaint, at least on the interior. Seeing lots of scuffs.

Very rough badly finished you would get skelvels or splinters of the rough would too many open gaps under cupboards also too many cable's lying around. Worst tiny house I've seen . Sorry bad review but just being honest

The shelf in the kitchen area with the fire on it, looks awful, like a kid made it. There isn't anywhere to store clothes unless you use the loft, and I'd use WD40 on the kitchen cabinets, It might be best if you sorted that and the mini split, and the tyres out before marketing it for sale. People won't trust if the unit is a little neglected, Good luck and honestly I'm trying to help you, in telling it like it is.
