Very nice!! Excellent use of space. Seems much much larger than it is with the vaulted ceilings. But the biggest thing I experienced was that you are a very very happy happy person. So good for you! Oh yeah loved the the fact that you used your grandma pieces!!

wow that's beautiful love the view I'd love to live on the water instead of close to it I'm in walking distance to 2 big lakes and the Potomac river to fish and swim but it would be cool just to wake up walk out the door and jump in 😂
