I can because I see where she was coming from. These women with these men have transactional relationships. He provides the material things and she provides the sexual things. That's the trade off, so technically, they are sex workers. I say this with love. I love Jess Hilarious and I know that she is a comedian and this media territory is new to her, but please require her to get media training. Jess' opinion on what Toure's story is displaying reflects that she doesn't understand the severity of Quid Pro Quo. It's illegal. People do not have to have a gun to their heads for the abuse to be valid. But I think it's because comedy is what she is confident in. If she were to go through some sort of accelerated media training, she could be confident in responding appropriately to trending topics like this. Again, I'm not coming for her. I think what Jess is trying to express is that there is a difference between being "forced" or violent assaulted, vs being "propositioned" and having the obvious choice to willingly participate, or walk away. They are very different situations, and people are getting loose with the words "forced" and "assault" nowadays, so its fair to make the distinction. So in short: if someone is 'guilty', let them be guilty of what they ACTUALLY did without twisting words and adding extra to it.
