We take a trip down memory lane to look at 60 Minutes of insane boxing #knockout featuring #mannypacquiao #tysonfury and others.
Next up for Top Rank Boxing, Ukraine’s former pound-for-pound king, the man known as “Loma,” is back.
Vasiliy Lomachenko, a three-weight world champion, will make his triumphant New York City return in the 12-round main event Saturday, October 29 against undefeated contender Jamaine “The Technician” Ortiz at Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.
The 10-round featherweight co-feature sees two-time Cuban Olympic gold medalist Robeisy “El Tren” Ramirez attempt to author a career-best win against former world champion Jessie Magdaleno.
U.S. Olympic silver medalist Richard Torrez Jr. (3-0, 3 KOs), who is coming off a 44-second knockout over Marco Antonio Canedo in August, looks to make it 4-0 in a six-round heavyweight special feature.
Lomachenko-Ortiz, Ramirez-Magdaleno, and Torrez Jr. headline a card that will stream live and exclusively on ESPN+. Promoted by Top Rank, tickets starting at $56 go on sale Thursday, September 15 at 12 p.m. ET and will be available to purchase at Ticketmaster.com.

The first fight when Pacquiao knocked down JMM three times and broke his nose, all in the first round. I was thinking, why is this guy not KO'd, why does he keep pushing forward when others couldn't recover? That's pure courage and willpower. Three fights later he KO'd Pacquiao. What an amazing turn of events.

The four fights with Marquez and Pacman were so damn crazy. During those years, aside from the first Morales fight basically nobody was able to give manny the trouble like Marquez. To get beaten so badly early in their first fight somehow Marquez was able to get a draw, the next two just as crazy. It was good seeing Marquez get that win especially in the way he did. Part of what made it so impressive is how he was able to consistently land good shots when Pacman was so much faster, he had to have perfect timing

And he was killing Marquez. Honestly, was bout to either get a tko or ko stoppage if he made it out of that 6th round. It was literally 1 sec left when Marquez caught Manny slipping hardcore & made him pay dearly. Pacquiao was never ever the same boxer after that brutal ko. He lost his power instantly with that knockout. And Floyd’s bitch ass waited Manny out & ducked him for the longest time & only until he sees Manny’s body/career deteriorated like a mfer is when he accepted to fight Manny. And idiots who says well how can that be when Floyd is 2 yrs older than Manny??? Boxing casuals don’t kno that due to their styles, one boxer can aged older so much quicker than another boxer if he has the type of style that Manny has bcuz Manny has been in SOOO MANY DOPE & BRUTAL ASS WARS whereas Floyd has not at all. That’s why ppl loved watching a Manny fight bcuz u kno ur gon get ur money’s worth with hella action lol real talk! I think Manny beats Floyd in his prime, before the Marquez ko loss. It’s amazing how back then - everyone of the media companies filming the fights really wanted to see incredible knockouts. Like the entire fights monetary value is dependent on exposure - so back then it was worse for a ref to call it too early and potentially ruin a great knockout from happening , instead of calling a fight and having it end in a boring way, and then that ref will never get hired again. Nowadays it’s different luckily

Pound for pound boxing has by far the strongest punch, starting at the ground, with the toes digging in, and moving up the body. Well over 900 lbs per square inch. Kinda like getting hit by a Honda at 40 mph. Kung Fu is faster, but maxed out at 400 lbs. My personal favorites is having multiple dudes punch you in the face, while you stand there laughing telling them that they all hit like little girls. 😁👌
