No indicted person on bail has the right to talk about witnesses or potential jurors or otherwise try to influence their trial. If Don doesn't like that he should not have agreed to his bail conditions. He could say whatever he liked if he was in pretrial custody. Don't remember you complaining when SBF was remanded to pretrial custody for breaking his bail conditions by trying to influence a witness.

The secondary scandal here is that every legal expert dismisses this as a bogus case but the appeals courts sit back and do nothing or there is no access to them and an obviously biased judge gets to decide if he's biased. Major reform of the state legal judicial system is needed so this never happens again. America's reputation for impartial justice is now mud.
