What I'd like to know is how different bladders/membranes, o-rings, shaft guides as well as pistons (hole count) affect the performance. I know that thinner oil provides easier travel and thus slightly more traction. 3 hole pistons also did that when I widened the holes.

Getting back into drifting again. Had some questions about motor and transmission tuning. My motors recommended a ratio 5.5:1, 5.0:1 and 8.0:1. Assuming my Sakura d5mr v2 transmission is a 3.1...would this equate to a 75-76t spur and a 30t pinion setting me at a 7.9-8.0 ratio for the motor? I do plan on changing my front and rear axles, my front and rear arms and hubs and maybe going aluminum for the servo arms.Are there any part available for this chassis? Or are all brands basically interchangeable? Thanks
