I wasn't a previous fan of Jon's but he seems to be on a better path now. In the Embedded vids he appeared short of breath at times, which I found strange considering all the swim training. Seeing his physique at the weigh-in makes me wonder if he's got enough gas for a hard 5? Ciryl's physique is similar to Jon's but he seems to carry the weight better - at least to me anyway. Best of luck to both guys and hopefully they have a great fight!
