There were blinds in the shower room, how about the gang of people who built that wonderful place did they sleep in tents at night or was it near proper facilities?

Very very interesting place! As it is probably 100% off grid - I wonder first how they manage to have enough energy and where is the drinking water coming from? What happens to all the water from shower & toilet? Waste water deposit to be carried away by a truck once in a while? Or a biological filter system with 3 chambers plus a pond with plants etc.? Or - third idea - composting all human remains - including kitchen bio waste - in bokashi style? How do they manage the moisture situation inside, when the temperature difference inside/outside is let's say 30 or 40 degrees in winter? Is there a website to get more informations about such points? Last but not least I'd like to share my own personal nightmare: Waking up in the morning noticing that a busload of 60 extremely curious tourists has just arrived and everybody is pressing his/her nose to the glass walls... Or is it safe because the surrounding land outside is all private property? And where was your car while filming all this? Some kilometers away? Underground parking lot? ;-)

It's a nice cabin but totally unsuitable for anywhere but Iceland. Your cabin probably didn't cost nearly as much to build as this glass one and you built it by yourself. I like fancy items but I prefer things that are suitable for my lifestyle and within my budget. I'm not going to spend half a year's wage (?) for a night in a cabin no matter how marvelous it is. I would rather stay in your cabin.
