I refuse to believe people in this age can occupy another person's house on another people's land for half a year and not have drawn a single conclusion at all about the situation. That interviewee is just playing as dumb as possible.

I have watched many of these interviews, of the interviews I've seen not one of the POW's has admitted to firing a weapon or killing any Ukrainians. It probably says more about what the POW thinks will happen to him if he admits to killing than any other reason to my way of thinking.

I've seen some that admit it. Buuut, I mean, let's be honest... Even if you were kept in a 5 star hotel, with a butler and private spa, with unlimited calls home and a chef on call...you're going to feel intimidated as a POW. There is literally no situation where a POW will feel completely comfortable admitting they killed people who are the side of those who've captured them. They're going to fear retaliation.

Of course Russians are shooting Ukrainians, but if you think about it, the bulk of Russia's offensive activity has been sitting back 15 km and lobbing 60,000 artillery shells/day. The Russians have absolutely NO other true combat capability. It is the Russian artillery who has killed and injured the most Ukrainians. I would tell the Ukrainians that I was a foot soldier before I confessed to being on an artillery crew. When the Russians finally decided to assault on foot with small arms, the Ukrainians just mowed them down in massive meat waves. I'm still seeing fields and tree rows full of dead Russian soldiers 18 months into this war (on Telegram). In the instances where there have been close quarters combat, the Ukrainians are a far superior fighting force when compared to a bunch of mobilized conscripts who spent one day at the rifle range and shot one "horn" of ammunition. I don't believe most of what these murderers are saying, but I'm actually not surprised by how many of them are captured (or killed) during their first actual combat encounter with Ukrainian forces.

Новый, долгожданный формат. Заодно можно английский подтянуть. Спасибо за перевод!❤ Россия никогда такую работу не проведёт. Вся правда о войне скрывается нелепыми предлогами.
