definitely very efficient, all you need is an air compressor that is constantly plugged in so it can always be filled with air so it unplugs the charger every time!

batteries have a built-in controller that contorls when to charge it, when not to charge it, how much capacity is left and also measures the temperature of the cells to determine if its safe to charge or discharge them. if you leave your phone connected when its at full charge it won't charge but the charger keeps consuming a tiny amount of electricity.
