When Jesus walked the streets of ancient Jerusalem, he spoke the ancient language of Aramaic, which was known as the low class language for the Jews that were a part of the low class, the upper and middle class educated Jews spoke Hebrew. Aramaic and Hebrew were not the only languages spoken of Jesus' time in Israel. The gentiles of that time mostly Greeks spoke the ancient Greek language and the Romans, another gentile people that were in control of Israel spoke Latin. What language wasn't spoken back then was Arabic, even though Arabic and Hebrew and Aramaic were a part of the Semitic languages. The Jews and the Christians of that time once dominated that landscape of Israel of that time and in Lebanon and Syria and Iraq etc... Who all spoke the Aramaic language before the Muslims from Saudi Arabia conquered those countries and forced the people in those nations to convert to Islam or face death and force them to speak the Arabic language which they speak even today. All thanks to the Muslims Middle East invasion . So today the " Palestinian " Christians can claim ties to Israel with the Jews, but the Palestinian Muslims can not as they are the conqueror of Israel. Today these Palestinian Christians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank are treated like second class citizens even though they consider themselves as Palestinians too.

If theres an auto accident you have to break out the orange cones, have emergency vehicles with lights flashing blocking lanes etc so your normal legal right to proceed through the area isnt going to be what it normally is because there is extenuating circumstance preventing the normal legal passage from being possible. This isnt 1812 with "the red coats are coming" or ww2 with several identifiable militaries. If one side always plays by certain rules the other team doesnt even recognize or completely know, definately wouldnt agree to/with the rules of play/ engagement have to be adjusted.
