Vivo is clearly the winner here, as a lover of MIUI I'm tired of little or no improvement on MIUI and ads are another deal breaker, even the 4k 30 on Vivo is also a win, I really don't know what that forsaken 2mp lens is doing on Redmi. Maybe I will try Vivo this time.

I guess your right Frankie Vivo's Funtouch OS is more enjoyable than MIUI/HyperOS because there's a bunch of features on Vivo does not on Xiaomi example the AOD of Vivo is more customisable, the Fingerprint scanner animation and charging animation and also Vivo's Game Space is so much better than Xiaomi I Swear. I did tried my Friends Vivo and man i love it because I'm a person who liked to customise my Phone, Xiaomi isn't not bad though it's just Xiaomi OS is more focus i guess on more simpler OS, but hopefully Xiaomi address this kinds of features to there OS.
