Good stuff bro! I think consistency is the only way to lose the weight and keep it off. I’ve now been at around 72-74 kilos since November, so it’s definitely all about continuing to push hard even if you think the journey is over. It’s never over! You got this! 💪

Don’t worry brother I can relate! I was over 100kg and felt really bad for a long time, I even suspended my gym membership because I wasn’t going ever. But eventually you need to just stop making excuses and get moving! Trust me the feeling on the other side once it becomes a good habit is amazing! Getting started is the hardest part, but just push to do something everyday (walk, jog, weightlifting, HIIT or other UKposts workout) and eventually you will see the results! You got this! 💪

@@FrankieTech I will do it :) .. and you keep up the good motovation .. it will get less over the time, but try to stay in Gym as long as possible. I did also stsrt with Salsa dancing and things like that .. so always moving 👍

None really, I had a bit of loose skin in some areas due to the weight loss, but most of it has firmed up now. Otherwise it’s all been positive (from high to normal blood pressure, resting heart rate, better sleep, never get tired climbing stairs) all good things!
