I feel like “Get It Together” was testing the waters with how fans wanted to play modern WarioWare games. At this point, regardless of controls, we just want more WarioWare.

If anything I'm pretty sure WarioWare Gold was the one testing the waters! Get It Together felt like they wanted to try something new while kinda sorta throwing a little bit of Wario Land in the mix.

Smooth moves is the greatest drinking game of all time. It's literally a gift from god in how perfect it is. It makes mario party look like a joke. I'm so ready to get tanked with the boys and play this.

This game reminds me of Smooth Moves a LOT. The first level is even Wario running away from something towards the screen. I love it.

The game's Japanese name translates to "Super Dancing Made in Wario". Considering Smooth Moves was called "Dancing Made in Wario", I think this is a full-on sequel!

Bring back the distorted/compressed voice filter from older WarioWare games, it would make the voice actor change an easier pill to swallow and it just sounds way cooler in general.

The fact that the japanese version even makes it clear is a follow up to Smooth Moves is just insane to me, I loved that game so much, easily my favorite game on the Wii (as well my favorite WarioWare game), so seeing a spiritual successor to it on the Switch just makes me real happy.

Really hoping this game will have full voice acting like Gold. That made that whole package so much more fun than it already was. Either way, pumped for this! Edit: Now that it's been confirmed that Charles Martinet will not be reprising his roles any longer, I have my doubts. Full voice acting probably won't happen again, which at least makes Gold all the more special.

I'm with you. The game looks very promising, but it would be incredibly disappointing to not have voice acted cutscenes. Warioware Gold's cutscenes are genuinely "GOLD" and add so much charm to an already solid game.

Why not have that but with actual animation instead of two frames whenever someone is talking? That's something Nintendo games almost always suffer in. Sacrificing voice-acting for animation quality and vice versa.

@@daswarzenschwein The way Wario is running makes me hope all the cutscenes are like this. He looks so expressive! Oh yeah we need voice acting back too. I feel like some of GIT's cutscenes were awkward and felt rushed like Wario's Intro stage. Hopefully this game also has the epilouge cutscenes after each stage too.

I really wish Nintendo would do these as launch titles. The microgame format is uniquely suited for showing off what the system can do, even more so than the Sports and the 1-2 series.

1, 2 Switch should have been WarioWare Move It! I've been saying this or at least saying that 1, 2 Switch should have been a sequel to Smooth Moves with full Wario branding since 2017. 1, 2, Switch is probably the worst full price Nintendo game ever made. It had only 5 minigames and got super old. Some of the games had no graphics so "why bother?" as Reggie would say!

Well, to those who were wondering why Wario sounds different, turns out Charles Martinet won’t be involved in this game either. Whoever Nintendo has got to do Charles Martinet’s voices must have been trained my Martinet himself, even Luigi sounds like Martinet’s version in Super Mario Bros. Wonder.

@@w21aaaaa Exactly! I love motion gaming and I loved Smooth Moves. I played every WarioWare except Twisted and DIY and was very disappointed to see how backward Get it Together was, didn't even bother to finish it.

Wario stole some artifact shaped like the console’s controller from an ancient race that wants it back, didn’t he? A very Wario way of referencing Smooth Moves, which I’m guessing Move It is referencing and expanding upon.

This is honestly what I thought Get it Together was going to be Still like Get it Together, but it's still nice to see a traditional Warioware game. This reminds me of Smooth Moves in particular.

I didn't expect another WairoWare this soon, however this seems that this game is the WarioWare that the Switch needed. When Nintendo is pulling out more and more games from a variety of their franchises again, I just hope Star Fox is next!
