In diesen Video werden wir uns genauer anschauen wie man MOSFETs ansteuert. Ich werde verschieden Beispiele zeigen wie man einen MOSFET ein und aus schaltet mithilfe eines Mikrocontrollers. Wir werden herausfinden warum und wie viel Gate Strom fließt und Ich werde die Frage beantworten warum die Gate Kapazität uns "zwingt" einen MOSFET Treiber zu nutzen. Während des Videos wirst du auch über Bootstrapping erfahren und warum man auch manchmal einen Gate-Drive Übertrager benötigt. Let's get started!

@@tehdusto He is from Saxony (Sachsen). If somebody from Saxony trys to speak "good" german it sounds like he is speaking in this video. I know this because I'm from Saxony, too.

The Problem Witz making the Same vid in multible languages is much Work and really redeming. Also because he translated the Script directly without Changes the German Here Sounds a Bit wired too me and Most other German conmentors.

Hallo @GreatScott, ich finde deine Videos generell super interessant und cool. Noch viel besser finde ich jetzt solch eine deutsche Version, weil ich bei manchen Fachbegriffen oftmals den google translator anwerfen musste (was nicht schlimm ist, man lernt ja was dabei :) ) Hast du in Zukunft vor, das in etwas wie der8auer zu machen, dass du ein Video in mehreren Sprachen veröffentlichst? Ich kann nur von mir sprechen, ich verstehe so 70-80% deiner Videos, den Rest übersetze ich mir dann per Hand, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Dennoch danke für deine Videos mach weiter so!!! :)

I love that these videos are made for german viewers too... not that I understand German. I thought I was going crazy at first and just couldn't speak English. I love the accent though. I usually only hear German sounding really angry, so I didn't realise what this was at first!

Super Videos wie immer 👍👍, eine Frage hätte ich trotzdem, wie kann es sein wenn ich am Mosfet Irf530 N zwischen gate und source 10V anlege die Gehäuse Temperatur von 20°C auf 38°C ansteigt? Drain und source sind dabei unbeschaltet. Es liegt nur eine gate /source Spannung an.

Hey gutes Video wie immer! Hätte ich vor ein paar Monaten gut gebrauchen können. Bis Min 9:20 auch sehr ausführlich erklärt, aber danach rast du förmlich durch. Der Treiber wird gar nicht erklärt, das SMT Bauteil bzw das dazu designte Board ist einfach gegeben (Warum gibt es die Treiber gar nicht als Nicht-SMT?). Und noch eine Video Idee zu einem Thema mit dem ich immer Probleme habe: Wie dimensioniere ich Bauteile korrekt? Z.B in einer x beliebigen Schaltung? Weiter so!

Any help is much appreciated here. I am building a battery pack with 18650s and planning on powering some led tape lights. I have that part figured out but where I am having problems is keeping batteries from destroying the solar panel. The build.... 20 p 18650 set to 1amp each. That is 3.7 nominal 20 amp. Automotive blade fuses will take care of the lights but 20 amps back feeding to 7v 1amp panel will distroy it. I am trying to find the right diode that will protect from this happening.

Ich bin begeistert.Als Einsteiger möchte Ich mir einen DC Motor Geschwindigkeits Regler für 24V und 200A Leistung bauen. Die Schaltung ist sehr einfach, Ich habe 8xMosfet BUZ103 Parallel geschaltet. Die Geschwindigkeit wird mit einem "LM317T" und einen 5K Poti, 220R und 39k geregelt. Der Motor hat 24V/750W, soweit funktioniert alles sehr gut. Trotz eines großen Kühlkörper werden die Mosfet sehr warm und das bei einer Belastung von 4A. Was wäre die beste Option, die Mosfet zu entlasten?
