I love how Kelly is genuinely supportive of other female artists. She is so confident in her own skills that she has no need to throw any shade. Kelly is not only an amazing artist but an awesome human being as well.

What I like about this show (and The Voice in general) is the Pro's are showing their singing chops. Not just sitting there. They get on stage and show what they are made of and WHY they are judges/coaches. It's not just about sitting there making the contestants do all the work. Especially if a particular judge can't actually sing themselves but somehow judging singers. Now...a step further is why I like The Voice UK. Their behind the scenes footage of the judges having 'on the spot' singing fun between each other and the audience. Also how their band just picks up and goes with it on the spot.

It helps that they respect each other's ability. On top of that, Clarkson with her talk show is covering other's music all the time so everyone knows she can do it fairly well. The surprise is with Grande as she is an amazing singer, but the fact she knows a fair amount of lyrics as well makes them a great pair to start of this form of entertainment.

*Someone please pitch the following idea to any television network ASAP: A whole singing show dedicated to guest artists who sing each other’s songs and put their own spin on it. These famous guests artists who participate have some time to prepare during the show. They can compete in pairs and the audience can vote for their favorites. Winners receive a donation to their charity of choice! P.S. I don’t watch a lot of TV so sorry if this idea is already out there, but I would watch this!

What's good about this is they both respect each other and seems to be just having a good time as "friends". Something me and my friends would actually do when we're together. 😊 I prefer singing with friends who are actually really good singers.
