Say what you want but WD1 has a special place in my heart.

Legion was such a step back in so many ways. WD2 is the true peak of this franchise. Hopefully it hasn't been killed by Ubisoft and comes back one day.

I loved WD1 cuz the main character was badass

Watch Dogs 2 had perfect Gameplay. You could say Watchdogs 1 had the better story. If you combine both of them you could easily get something spectacular.

I had a fun time with WD1 and it set the foundation. I had a a really great time playing WD 2 and it was a huge improvement over 1. Legion was okay, played it once and never touched it again. IMO the few things Legion does well with is character customization, combat, stealth and getting drunk at the pub. In Legion hacking is severely downgraded from WD2 and the overall world immersion is also downgraded. I’ll replay WD 1 & 2 any day while Legion just collects dust.

Funny it took two sequels and almost 10 years for people to all of a sudden praise the first one.

WD2 was an improvement in every way It's a shame it's sales were affected by WD1's reputation, and then the gameplay went backwards with Legion. Watch Dogs as a whole could have been great. I was ready for it.

The fact that you can complete WD2 in full stealth + gadgets and stun gun only shows how amazing that game is.

Watch Dogs 1 will forever be the best game in the series and can never be outdone. It had the best atmosphere and best game mechanics. It was one of the first games I ever played on the 360. I had revisited it years later because I couldn't kill a certain type of enemy. It will forever hold a special place in my heart

The original watchdog was the one for me.. the storyline and the game itself made me fall in love with it

I didn't play WD1. WD2 was the game I played the most and I played the beginning of Legion. My initial feel was that WD2 was the best. They went for something different and committed to it and it feels like an enjoyable game. Legion feels a bit eh. As a Londoner I was excited to explore the city but it seems a bit half baked? I'll try to play it some more in the future and hopefully it gets better.

2 had the best gameplay, 1 had the best atmosphere and story. I recently replayed both and they hold up very well. I could just walk around in both Chicago and SF for hours just immersing myself in the world. Played 1 with Living City and a reshade. Absolutely fantastic, I hope they remaster it and make it look like it was at E3 or even better. The faction wars in 2, absolutely nothing else does that like that game. It's kinda hard to walk and enjoy the scenery in 2 though, the deadzone is shit (DS4 on PC).

Watch dogs one is the OG, has sentimental value to me I was going through a rough time in life and playing that on sleepless nights helped me a lot. Im replaying years later with a graphics boost and I love it even more.

No bullet hit effect and missing gun slide recoil in WD1 is due to the fact that development was problematic and devs probably couldn't fix it in time/forgot about it. 2013 development builds of the game had these features. More can be found in my channel.

First two are great, but Legion just felt a little too easy in some parts. Theres so many of those cargo drone spawns you can use to get to certain parts of the map, or you could just call in the counter terrorism drones to wipe out all enemies for you while you sit back. Not too bad, but if you want a game with a good story, play the first two instead

WD1 had the best story, WD2 had the best gameplay and setting (SF looked so good in this game), WDL had the best weapons use (compared to the other two). But that’s just in my own opinion.

Yo disfruté mucho jugando Legion, por sus mecánicas, las habilidades interesantes de los agentes (como lanzar abejas asesinas, llamar ayudantes para pelear, hipnotizar al enemigo etc) o sobrevolar Londres con el dron de carga. Pienso que el hecho de no tener un personaje principal y una historia floja le resto muchos puntos, pero en todo lo demás a mi me pareció muy bueno. Denle una oportunidad si no lo han jugado, y mi consejo es eviten reclutar muchos agentes, escojan sólo unos cuántos que les sean "interesantes" o útiles y jueguen toda la historia con ellos, mejora mucho la experiencia de ese modo.

Watch dogs 1 its the best for sure.

The main thing that original had me drawn to Watch_Dogs was the online. For 1 and 2, it was a great experience before people had completed the game. In WD2 specifically, online after beating the game was horrific. People would just set up trap zones and camp in high up, hard to reach spots, very boring. Comparatively, in WD1 you couldn't quite do that as easily, and a majority of people would instead aim to hunt you down or play the way intended: Stealth. The online was like playing a spy game. Super cool.

Crazy to see all that Graphics and World improvements in only 6 years.

Underrated opinion but WDL to me is okay. I have played it three times and I enjoy that you can chose so many different characters, i really liked the ability to be anyone you really wanted. But the story felt bland, didn't make you feel attached to the characters, and the gameplay downgraded. But I don't really hate it like most of you do. It's still fun to play. Also it is not a main game, it's more like a spin-off. It's like the RE games, you have Dead Aim, Outbreak series, Darkside Chronicles, Revelations, Operation Raccon City, Resistance, etc. Which are part of the series but not considered major games so they are not as good as the main games.

As someone who came into the franchise blind with no knowledge no information about the games at all so far WD1 to me had a better story a better representation of what a vigilante hacker it’s trying to aim for with a good story and believable hacking elements loved the game. WD2 did improve a lot on the hacking and many other things a great world to interact with and a decent multiplayer (I played the game maybe 2-3 almost 4 years after it came out so didn’t have a full experience) but the story was a bit more mild for me although I did enjoy it. WD3 it was free so I finally downloaded it played it for 7 hours and uninstalled it didn’t like it hacking was so simple and most of it felt bland don’t really wanna finish it honestly. My rating would be WD1 - 9.1/10 WD2 - 8.7/10 WD3 - 7.3/10

WD :- normal life of a man is turned upside down in turn of events and now he's on his journey to find out the main culprit and would do anything to get what he wants . WD2:- A programmer gets falsely accused buy the ctos2.0 system for the crime he never committed, he's now up against the whole system with a group of hackers called the dedsec . WD3 :- Everyone in the city is hacker apparently and they still can't do shit out thier situation .

In WD2, the NPCs don't usually stand there if you block the road. That one was just the result of blocking a truck while the other NPC car was staying really close to it, so the truck driver couldn't reverse. As for the games, WD2 remains the king. WD1 is still good and Legion is just... Oh boy, so wrong on so many levels.

I don't care what anyone says, Watch_Dogs holds a special place in my heart and is still the best one out of the franchise as I really loved Aiden's characterization and story. The gameplay was definitely fun and the combat was awesome. The story was definitely dark but it definitely fit for a city like Chicago. Watch Dogs 2 story is fine but definitely not as good as the first but the gameplay and setting is hella awesome. I personally loved Legion since you could be any character and it takes place where I was raised so props to the developers for getting London correct as much as they could but the story was ok and the gameplay was fun but it could have been better if it was during 2018-2023 instead of 2029 and all futuristic

i'm currently on my first play through of watch dogs 1 and i'm enjoying it 7.5/10 so far. can't wait to play the rest

Best story line is watch dogs 1, best game play is watch dogs 2 I was having fun with legions but about 14 hours in my game file deleted itself and put me back at the beginning and I raged and deleted the game. Legions definitely had the better clothing options though and the fly around on the drone was epic.

I wish they will be remastered in watch dogs 1

Every watch dog game is amazing including legion which is really under-rated.

WD2 was awesome in terms of side content, you could feel like just an average dude in California having fun. My favority storyline will always be WD1, but I'm currently replaying WD2 and paying more attention to it, it is actually pretty good, Legion on the other hand, I always knew how it would turn out to be, loved Bloodline tho.

I played Watch Dogs 1 and 2, but haven't played the third one. I don't know if I will play it, but I am thinking about playing the DLCs of the first 2 games. Are they any good?

For me watch dogs 2 was and still is the best of the 3. Appealing story, nice gameplay, beautiful graphics, beautiful maps, amazing soundtrack and several other great features. Watchdogs went down a cliff with 3.

2 was a big improvement over what you can do in 1 and then Legion just nerfs your hacking abilities by limiting stuff to certain classes and having a small skill tree.

Ubisoft needs to make more watchdogs games. These hackers are the Assassin's creed of the 21st century, though as watchdogs legion shows, the assassin's creed and the Templar exist in the 21st century.

I cannot be the only one who finds legion to actually be a pretty good game with its combat and hacking abilities, only real complaint is the lack of ai people in cars which can get rid of some realism, such as stopping when getting in a crash or getting out and running after hearing shooting but either than that it looks great and plays great, especially with the bloodline dlc!

The next location should be Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, New York or even a city like Memphis
