Your vlogs and your family make me so optimistic for my own future. I look at the way you interact with your kids and I wish to have that one day. I lost my father when I was three due to cancer. Roman! Instead of adding push ups after 30, you should take away 1 every day until you get to 1 pushup. Then go back up to 30 and repeat! Like so he sees!

he could also restart at one every month so he'd be doing the same amount of pushups as the days. for example he would do 6 pushups on march 6th and 28 pushups on may 28th.
