Me too, this video hurt so much to watch. I recently had to cut off my ex best friend because she got abusive and then ghosted me because of a boy. In the time she wasn’t talking to me I thought back on our friendship and I realized she really was treating me in toxic ways. I’d spend nights crying because of her. I cannot agree with you enough. I’ve had to reach out to one friend multiple times, never them. The worst is when you have heart to heart talks with them and you can pick up on that they value someone else more than you and that for that person they do reach out, but never you.

Advice to you is keep on moving forward and don’t look back. These nothing there anymore! Love yourself because you’re a great person and a loyal friend. It’s okay to make mistakes but never let them bring you down. Be happy with a smile and start a new chapter in your life. Not everyone deserves to be in your life!

This actually happened to me. I was in a really bad headspace that time and was a little bit annoying and never really took into consideration about how my best friend felt. A few days later she told me that i was annoying and ghosted me. She found new friends but i couldnt move on after all i was in a really bad headspace and she was the one i found most comfort to be with. Then i found a text from her saying if we wanted to hang out later because her new friends were being a-holes and only used her for her artistic talent. I said yes and we then made up. Still hurts me to this day to find out that my bestfriend was getting tired+annoyed of me but luckily that situation never happened again and we are still really close.

I am autistic too!! I had such a nice friend for the past six years. She really understood me and communicating with her was easier than with anyone else. I felt safest with her and I could unmask easiest when I was with her. Last year, our friendship really reached a new heights. I thought this it, we are sisters. I am not alone anymore. it could be that he had/has mental health issues. My childhood best friend stopped reciprocating in our friendship for seemingly no reason in my mind. Turned out she had a rough home life and an abusive relationship with her boyfriend. I had no idea. She had depression and anxiety, and that was why she stopped talking to me. Anyways, if you want to, you should try reaching out if you have a way...I decided to reach out one day because I had nothing to lose, and it was so worth it. My childhood friend and I are close again, and we both missed each other.

Something like that is rather complicated for me. While I definitely admit I envy whoever is able to bring them such happiness, I also can't dismiss the fact that I'm truly happy that they at least are able to be so happy with someone.

It hurts me now that me and my best had been best friends for like 7-8 years the fact that im always the one ignored when she's with her new best friend her new best if is my "best friend" too Idk why but her new best friend totally hates me for doing nothing to her at all tho I was the one who begged everyone to let her in our friend group since she was new and all lonely I always feel like crying on why I did that I seriously felt betrayed and ignored the and like the new one also framed me tho I wasn't even related to a lot of situations and on the my best friend didn't ever ask me "Hey are you okay?? Hope your feeling good" or something like that when I wasn't well and was going through harsh times and on that we had vacations that time which was totally free tho I don't blame her for that but like when she wasn't doing okay I actually missed one of my very important match just to check on her Im like literally crying rn like why, when I was with her for 7-8 years now can't believe it sorry if I said too much

It's sad when you lose friendship with someone you see regularly.. like me...when live school was still a thing. It's like so awkward when you come across them.. you don't really want to talk to them anymore even though just a year before they were one of the few people you could talk to. We aren't enemies we're just.... painfully indifferent to eachother. But I'm glad he got his new friends and so did I.

She wants you to be happy, and all that other stuff? Aren’t those all signs that she has your interests at heart? But, it also seems like I didn’t explain it to you well enough, so I apologize for my mistake. I meant that it will always be in some people’s interests for a certain someone to have their interests protected. It may just be about interest as you’ve said, but I have no problem with that because it isn’t always selfish.
