Agreed on COD Vanguard, some people swear by it that this COD was really good. Idk maybe the devs shouldn't have went back to WWII if they couldn't add anything to that time period

What I liked best was the part where you show a piece of code solving some real-world problem for which you already have some proven solutions. As was the case with the video showing the differences between ES5 and ES6 here I also felt that it was done in a very clear and concise way. I wonder what the solution to this problem was....

Yes it was SO dumb, I reached out to GitHub support and an engineer responded. All I needed was a ".pibb" file extension at the end of my URL in the SRC attribute of the tag. Still don't really understand why that works lol but hey it's rendering everything just fine now ¯\(ツ)/¯

Love your videos. I fell out of pursuing frontend dev as a career after all the layoffs and uncertainty in tech. But you bring across a good vibe that makes me want to get back into it again.

Gotta get back on that horse man, there will definitely be a resurgence, I anticipate by the end of the year or early next things will improve in the market. Like all things the industry is in a "lull" period but will bounce back.

It's about what you'd expect, initial phone screen, panel interview, tech eval/code test, another interview to review and go over the tech eval, then mayyybbe 1 more final interview and then a decision is made. If there's anything online for FED type positions, especially on the web team definitely apply! I know we ✨might✨ be looking to expand out team later in the year.

Can we get an api of all the weapons and attachments for cod mobile? and/or the maps with the points for the different modes? I wanted to build a site for codm players to keep up with balance changes / learn the maps.

If you need the help, that’s a project I’d love to work on for free. I was looking, trying to find the png’s of the maps but i couldnt find one for every map, also theirs nowhere really that has the maps with the points so i was gonna make them myself. Or like see if i could dig through the apk to try and see if i could pull the images from there lol.

Another small thing to add would be a patch notes page for codm for the balance changes, all the normal cods have patch notes but not codm.

@@derickmoncado Sorry for being a bother but I was just thinking, maybe wouldn't be able to in time for this year, but I'm a solo player who wants to compete but doesn't have teammates to play with to progress through the tournament, so I was thinking a website for competitive players to find teammates, I was planning on doing something like this, however, one roadblock I was thinking is there's no way for me to pull player stats outside of the game so if I wanted folks to sign in to find teammates based on rank, players would both need to be honest and remember to update their rank on the site.

@@KokoRosso Unfortunately money is always the bottom line in any entertainment product so steak holders/shareholders will always prioritize that BUT, I don't know there is a large emphasis and just getting things running better and further optimizing SBMM etc. I'm not involved in those discussions though so I only know so much :/
