This is the fight game, opinions like this always annoy me because If you want cuddles and kisses prior to bloodshed then competitive combat sports aren’t for you….. I don’t like Connor McGregor…but he is an example of what the fans want. Drama, fights, anticipation, bad blood, vengefulness. That’s what it is all about and that is what combative competitions have been about for hundreds of years even during the gladiator times and that is why he is so popular. I watch AJ because he’s a great fighter! but in my opinion he is way to laxidasical and that’s why he lost against Ruiz. While AJ was high fiving (being a good sport)…Ruiz was plotting to knock his head off his shoulders….which as you can see happened. AJ’s humble nature is a weakness in the fight game and that’s just facts. Doesn’t mean he’s not an incredible fighter though.

The loud mouthed crap talking is a very american way of holding yourself, loads over there do it and people love watching them get knocked out. You can still be respectful outside of the ring and an animal in it and both are professional enough to turn it on and off like a switch.

At the same time there's been fights where there's been genuine resentment and hate between both fighters and it made the fights the huge occasions they were. I watched Chris Eubank Vs Nigel Benn live and that wouldn't have been the fight it was without all the emotion involved.

Its prize fighting. Its not a sport. Maybe for us but not for them.

This is going to be tough for both of them usyk on size aj in his boxing abilities this will really show does size matter in heavyweights

His size is ok , him being a southpaw and the fact AJ only boxed one southpaw ,usyk has fought many orthodox fighter's makes for a tricky few rounds . I hope there's no head clashes , it can happen when southpaw and orthodox fight

@@ishakawde1 No, but he's not meant to be this big strong guy. Around 100 kg is his natural prime weight. AJ is 7 cm taller and 8 kg heavier. That's pretty similar in the HW division. If AJ wins it won't be due to size advantage. Ofc. I believe Usyk stops AJ! And I think AJ only has a puncher's chance.

Usyk fought at heavyweight for most of his fights as an amateur as well, so he's used to fighting bigger men. Only 2 inches difference in reach between the two, which isn't much when you consider Usyk has the quicker footspeed. I think the fight will be more competitive than many people think...

Usyk looks soft after the weight gain. AJ usually fights at 247. May be Usyk won't be as fast.
