Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. You are pretty spot on my friend. Notice that even in the video they show that these writers say to "keep the commandments of God" and they quote from jeremiah 31:31 is not referencing a new law, but simply stating that the law will be written on our hearts. I do think Hebrew Roots movement misses that the ceremonial laws are no longer needed along with sacrifices tho. There are some laws from the mosaic that have been replaced such as sacrifices and the ceremonial laws that were "Shadows of the thing to come which is Christ" see Col 2:16,17. We see Paul talk about "Food, Drink, Festivals, New moons, and Sabbaths". While most Christians will point to this and say "Unclean meat, alcohol, Seventh day Sabbath" the reality is that this list of 5 much more perfectly describes the types of ceremonial feast that were part of the sacrificial services before Christ came. you can see very similar lists in several places where it is clearly speaking about these things. If you go back to Leviticus and other places where feasts are described and look through you will find all 5 of these categories satisfied by the text.

It was instituted when Jesus died on the cross. Don't listen to others who are saying it hasn't happened yet. That's what the whole book of Hebrews is about. The law keepers (so-called) will say it's still in the future, but it's not.

It is interesting in this video how often the glance past the fact that Jesus, Jeremiah etc... say that part of the new covenant is keeping the law of God. My belief, and it aligns with Seventh-day Adventist teachings, is that the new covenant is not related to a new law at all, but rather God writes the laws on our hearts giving those who accept Jesus a desire to keep his commands. This is supported by the text. In the old testament, in the books of the prophets Daniel talks about transportation increasing...cars, trains, planes, etc y even the internet with the explosion of knowledge. Psalms is there when you sad. Proverbs is the psychology y moral books, of wisdom. I love the old testament because it's structure. The new testament is a modern day joke in the hands of gentiles. A Christian woman is not even suppose to cut her hair 1 Corinthians 11..4-6. read the whole Bible yourself. I did.where do you think pastors get their views. Also, the citation of Jeremiah 31 in the epistle to the Hebrews does not stop at chapter 8, but is cited again in Hebrews 10. The point is that the New Covenant has been established by Christ Jesus, through His death, and through Him is the forgiveness of sins, which is why there is no longer an offering for sins. Hebrews 10:11-18 make this clear, and is the climax of the argument that began in the previous chapters, which was upon the assertion made in Hebrews 1:3. - It is altogether unlike the Old Covenant, one reason being that there are not members of the New Covenant walking around uncircumcised of heart, while in the Old Covenant those who were circumcised of the flesh and physically descended from Jacob were called uncircumcised of heart yet were still under the law and under the Sinai Covenant.
