Hey Roman, the reason you may not be getting as much benefit from your eye drops is that ideally you want to apply the drops and close the eye, avoiding blinking (to avoid loss of medication). Put your head down to allow the medication to go onto the cornea (front of the eye) for 2-3 minutes. It also helps to use your fingers to block the tear ducts to avoid loss of medication that way as well. Hope this helps. Please Like so Roman sees this so he stops wiping out all of the medications lol

I've been in recovery from an eating disorder that almost very much took my life, & I've noticed my weight has gotten a little too low again so my "goal" is to not lose anymore weight & even gain some. So I've started slowly adding some things to my daily meals in hopes that it will help. It's a mental challenge more than it is a physical one.
