I've got the original AirPods Pro and loving them. ANC is great for the bus and the active noise passthrough sounds incredibly natural. Audio quality is also quite a lot better than expected - I had previously only used the regular AirPods and was quite disappointed in the sound. Going to keep these until the battery wears out! I know the 2s are better, but I am more than enough satisfied with the originals so far, plus got them for $50 CAD cheaper than the 2s so well worth it in my opinion.

People love their AirPod Max's out here in San Francisco and are into that sort of thing, so it's up there with the Sony XM5 over the hears and QC's from Bose; kids are mostly on the normal AirPods or Beats. Honestly, I prefer the AirPods Pro's 2 because of their portability and they sound just as good as the Max's but with more features. I only use the Max's at home around the house.

I had the original AirPods Pro 1st gen and while the sound quality was so good, I found they just would never stay in my ear. No matter what tip I tried, my ear would always push them out (usually my right ear) despite every tip I tried passing Apple's software In Ear Test. The small tips worked the best but still they'd fall out of my ear if I was speaking on a video conference, or even smiling, or walking around (let alone running). So I'd go back to my old AirPods 2 despite them not being able to hold a charge for more than an hour after all these years but they'd at least stay in my ears. I've picked up some AirPods Pro 2nd Generation with the USB-C during Apple's shopping event this past weekend, we'll see if maybe the XS tips will fit better (so stupid they don't sell an XS tip for the 1st gen). I guess I'll try that and see if that fixes the problem of them falling out but I'm half expecting to have to return them within the 15 day window just like I had to do with the AirPods 3 (which I had bought thinking they'd fix the issue because they had no tips on them but they fell out even worse than the AirPod Pros 1st gen did). Lately Apple just can't make earbuds that don't fall out of my ears. I kind of wish they'd go back to the AirPods 2nd gen design but with the new H2 chipset for the modern QoL improvements.

I had the same problem with mine. I was able to solve it by getting some third-party tips from Amazon. They’re a dark colored foam. They still fall out, but they stay in much much longer.

For me I hate the cable material Apple uses on EarPods.....they get tangled and stick together and stuck on collars and buttons on shirts. And sometimes just as difficult as Christmas lights to untangle. I much prefer wireless AirPods for this reason......if only they'd stay in my freakin' ears and not fall out (AirPods 2nd gen fit perfectly but the Pro 1st gen & the AirPods 3 fall out with the slightest head movement, smile, talking on Zoom, or walking).

Once I heard the news that the AirPods Max wouldn’t be updated until next year, bought the Bose NC 700 for Black Friday. No regrets either. I’m not waiting that long for USB-C to come. Also didn’t think I’d enjoy the lighter weight as much as I have either.

We personally like the portability of the AirPods Pro2. If you like the over ear experience you'll definitely not be disappointed, but they are more expensive overall. Id wait till the new Maxes come out Hopefully next year!

I couldn’t give a F*** what people think, let alone whether or not they know I own a pair of AirPod Pro 2’s. I bought them because they’re a PHENOMENAL PRODUCT THAT I USE ALL DAY, EVERY DAY (except when they’re charging of course and when I’m doing things that start with “S” like Showering, Sleeping, or S*x). Oh, and society has MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH BIGGER PROBLEMS than YOUR BELIEF that the main reason people buy Apple products is so that others will know they own an Apple product. Not to mention there are so many fake ones that look EXACTLY LIKE them people wouldn’t have to spend all that money if that’s all they cared about. I know those things are out there because I got SCAMMED INTO BUYING A PAIR and even the THING (I think it was a “woman” but couldn’t be sure which is par for the course for Apple anyways because unfortunately they are a leftists company) that worked at the Apple store didn’t know they were fake until she pulled up the serial numbers on her little computer thingy.

I've had the Airpods Pro 2's for almost a now, and I Iove them, great sounds and features such as ANC. The AirPod Max's are still good for house headphones, comfortable over the ear fit. Great sound and ANC, Great video, and thanks for sharing.

I have the AirPods 3 and they keep slipping from my ears. What about the AirPods pro 2? Are they also not so secure in the ear hole? I really want something with noice cancellation but afraid those AirPods will fall from my ears as well 😰

I make $$$ and AirPods 2 are bulletproof. I’m watching these videos because after years of daily use for hours, they finally died. Loved the comfort. Call quality was fine for corporate and travel. Just gotta buy what works for you. I’m buying a gen 3 pair today because that does what I need.

I use the pro 2s on the daily, I don’t own the maxs but from the research I’ve done, the maxs are just a little bit better with noise cancelling- so the maxs are better but only a little bit

I’ve had every airpod. From 1st gen to airpod pro2s. Get airpod pro 2s they’re the best for the money. Magsafe Usbc Click to touch volume controls etc. Airpod max’s are amazing but not worth the money. Airpods pro 2 are the way to go especially if you can get them for less than 200

I dropped 60$ on sony head phones… I forget what model it is… but I bought them at Walmart, they was on sale… original price was like 120$ I think… I thought I was getting a deal. FF two months, the left air bud wont charge anymore. It only blinks. 🤦‍♂️. My advice is either just buy cheap head phones. Or if you’re gonna drop some money just buy some apple.

i do not own airpods 3 or 2 but i used lighting airpods and from what i heard airpods with usb c are far better than 3 since they are not only cheaper but also support lossless audio, as for pro and max, i own pro for about a year and a month ago i got pro 2 they are both great, noice canceling is identical with loud noices around like barks or cars or anything else, but ambient and voice reduction is better on pro 2, vocals are identical to both pro and max, but effects are not, pro 2 rivals max in effects, while i do use still daily all 3 my favorite is still airpods max they last so long and sound so good for long sections, but if you listen to less than a hour then airpods pro 2 are better easyer to pair and use, max recently are annoying to pair forcing me to even reset and forget and reconnect takes couple of mins which is frustating but it doesn;t mean the quarity is inferior even with newest airpods pro 2 airpods max are still better can wear them for longer they sound better and you forget they are there and not to mention when in noice canceling it nullifies all outdoors sounds unlike pro and pro 2, but right now i say if you buy get airpods pro 2, airpods max 2 are on the way so its not worth getting them i used mine for 2 years dailu and still last 2 days of use up to 30 hours of listening in noice canceling

I think it depends, I have the AirPods 3 and AirPods Max. I typically only use my AirPods for phone calls, I probably could get away with just having the AirPods 2. Great price!

CLEARLY, you’ve never heard of Apple before or something. EVERYTHING THEY SELL IS HIGH PRICED. However, they’re also (9 out of 10 times at least) almost always A VERY GOOD PRODUCT THAT LASTS QUITE A WHILE!! I’ve bought many Apple products over the last 21 years and they ONLY issue I’ve ever had with any of them was battery degradation over time, and that applied to IPods, IPhones, AirPods, AirPod Pros.

DO NOT BUY the Air Pods 3! I just bought them Black Friday weekend and tried them at work today. They do not stay in your ear, slipped out of my ears 3 times in a 8 hour shift and the 2nd gen never slipped out of my ears. The sound quality might be better but they don’t stay in the ears. I’m returning mine tomorrow

I would be homeless living in my truck before that happens and it’s NOT because I don’t love my dad and stepmom, it’s because I have some things called PRIDE, MORALES, and STANDARDS) anyways, it’s clear to me he has some kind of problem with caring how other people see him including mostly COMPLETE STRANGERS. I can’t imagine how stressful that must be, always worrying about what other people think. I’ve never cared nor will I ever care…this is my life and I’ll live how I want not based off what others will think. I’d NEVER make a purchase decision based on how people are going to think about it.
