Cool video on alternative electric transportation. You should do more videos on the electric bikes and the evolving technology. E bikes are here to stay, with so many styles from ones with larger motors and batteries to ones with a single gear and motor in a frame that looks like regular pedal bikes. This would’ve right up your alley because you like the outdoors and staying fit, perfect transition.

I've been riding an E-Bike for the last 2 years, which has completely changed my way of living. I use it mostly to commute to work. It's a 30-mile round trip, and I mostly never use my car from April to October. Plenty of benefits: good for health, money savings and better for the environment. It takes longer than using my car, but I would rather ride than be stuck in traffic.

Having got an Aventon, I wholeheartedly agree. Once you get an e-bike, it’s hard to go back. A great way to explore the world!

I have been washing to try out those ebikes for a while. I am curious about what they are like of the battery dies.

I know that the app security seems like a plus but what about the downsides? Cloud based so someone else has control. Uncontrolled updates taking features and replacing them with “better” paid features that do the same thing.

We don't typically have this problem in the UK. Partly because e-bikes and scooters are illegal (apart from a few cities that have a rental system), but mostly because we've got no Summer this year. Only rain and potholes.

The E-Bikers in our area are reckless. They almost run over pedestrians on the sidewalk, or crash into standard bike riders in the bike lanes. It's time for them to be regulated and the riders should be required to obtain licenses, and they should be cited for violations of the traffic codes.

You need to try out a Onewheel or an EUC (electric unicycle) which is my preferred e-transport. Much more of a learning curve to get riding but when you learn it is an absolute blast to ride and they're super transportable.

The Razor is with no doubt a really bad cheap copy of the Super73 (which is the best e bike - motorbike ever made) I'm a Super73 S2 owner and yes, they stop me all the times for the look of a motorcycle 😅

E-Transportation rocks

Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles. Safe protected bike lanes and trails are needed so adults and children can ride safely. Speak up for bicycles in your community. Bicycles make life and cities better. Ask your local transportation planner and elected officials to support more protected bike lanes and trails. Children should be riding a bicycle to school and not be driven in a minivan.

Bicycles, ebikes, electric cargo bicycles, robo taxis and escooters are great options for last mile, short distance travel. Reduced transportation costs and fossil fuels free transportation. Cities need to do more to encourage people to ride bicycles by providing SAFE, PROTECTED BIKE LANES and trails. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Bicycles are healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. Electric bicycles are bringing many older adults back to cycling. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for health or ride for fun. Children should be able to ride a bicycle to school without having to dodge cars and trucks. Separated and protected bike lanes are required. It will also make the roads safer for automobile drivers. Transportation planners and elected officials need to encourage people to walk, bike and take public transportation. Healthy exercise and fossil fuels free transportation. In the future cities will be redesigned for people not cars. Crazy big parking lots will be transformed with solar canopies generating free energy from the sun.

Where I live it gets up to 122 Fahrenheit, so this scooter is not an option.
