I have a friend who is an arborist...looks after trees...he says when you cut a branch near the trunk of the tree ,you should cut it as close to the tree as you can so it doesn't stick out and the bark will grow over it and it'll hardly look like there was a branch there..so no stumps sticking out..there's a special way to do it too do the branch doesn't rip down the main tree trunk...but you can look that up.

They have owner the property for around 26 years! It used to be 2 bare horse paddocks, with just a few gumtrees for shade. All the plants in the garden we worked on in this video were planted by them!! Plus 95% of the plants shown in our December video! - Kate

Two lanes with no electricity, and the thick Amazon jungle on either side. At night, the only light came from the car headlights or the moonlight. Fifty years ago, a puma jumped onto the highway, and hit a car at night. My cousin said that they eventually added electricity, so the highway is lit.

Oh I did, finally hire someone to clean the leaves and debris out of my yard. Was kinda "iffy" as he charged me quite a bit to do it and left for lunch, was gone for hours, came back "shit faced" as he, obviously drank his lunch . . . gave me a sob story and had to come back the next day to finish up. I was very firm with him, letting him know he had to finish that day and he did, after a 3 hour lunch! :) This is what I deal with here on the reservation. You never know who and what you get to work for you here. Sad situation but it is done for another season.
