I really could have done without getting blasted right at the end there. WTF.

Too bad they didn't take better care of that yard. But it really isn't set up as a rental. Way too much bullshit. But that was seen before they rented it. You could talk to the owner about simplifying the property. Then he could add a little rent and have you maintain it. Just a thought. I'm a property manager but I don't get to hire the yard man. He sucks. Uses way too much Roundup and is ruining the property. But I have no control over that.
