Sorry, I actually explained that part poorly. Here’s a better way of exemplifying it: It takes your total number of damage and assistance in your last 100 battles and divides it by 100 to find your “global moving average.” This score is compared to others to determine your mark percent. If you’ve only played 50 games with 500 damage / assistance each game, you’d have 500 * 50 = 25,000 / 100 = 250 damage average. Therefore, doing 0 damage in a game will still drop that average down, as it’s less than your previous 250 average. Hopefully that makes sense. I realized far after uploading that I should’ve included this kind of equation example

@@Demolidor4ever Yo! I think I understand the question but I could be wrong, so correct me if so. The 14 days is constantly changing. It is simply the most recent 14 days, two weeks past today, always for everyone. So as time goes on it will continuously change. Does that answer your question?

@@Demolidor4ever Yeah but there is no reset day. You can technically make your own “personal” reset day by simply not playing for 14 days and thereby taking your own stats out of the overall comparison, but your games would still count for your personal mark. The games of everyone else in that vehicle don’t reset on any particular day, so trying to mark a vehicle just after a “reset” is impossible.

Hmm, I can’t call myself an E50M expert. Usually for the 85% area, though, you really have to start banking on your assist. Make sure you’re going for tracking shots whenever you can, as well as playing as you normally do for your own damage. Best of luck!

Hey! Glad you liked the video! So to answer your question... well it’s difficult. I fully recommend getting at least 1 tier 8 prem, so you have the right idea (though don’t sell the “screwed over” lower tier prems you got! All prems are useful!) The big thing is that the tier 8 prem I can recommend is going to be different for you as an individual player. It’s a good idea to go for a tank that you are planning on playing the non-premium version line of (e.g. Defender for Russian Obj 277 crew trainer) because you want to use the premium to train your crew for your vehicle as well as grind credits. If you want to go off something from the advent calendar, that’s even more complicated as I can’t remember what’s still left to go on sale... but you can always buy from the tech tree directly. Here’s a couple prems I consider “worth,” (especially if you are getting your first one) - Defender - LT 432 - EBR FL 10 - Progetto - Bourrasque (you mentioned) - Lorr 40 t (already been in advent calendar this year) - Patriot - M6A2E1 - 112 - ELC even 90 - Cent 5/1 (tech tree tanks are fairly weak, though) - Lansen C - 50 TP pr - Skorpion - T54 prot - Renegade - Emil 1951 - SU 130 PM - The more recent the release of the prem, it’s usually a good one. Power creep without a doubt exists in this game. Out of the ones you listed, Defender, Skorpion, FV4202, M 41 90, and STA-2 (arguably) are the ones I recommend. Though all tier 8 prems are “good,” they definitely aren’t equal. Without a doubt, I recommend staying FAR away from the AMX CDC. It’s the only one you listed that you will actively regret getting with every fiber of your being (not an overstatement ;) I’m sorry I can’t be of more help. Typing in all the tanks in order of recommendation is a video on its own. I do wholeheartedly recommend a prem though, just make sure to get one that matches a line you need a crew trainer for. After you figure out the class and nation you want, it’s a simple matter of finding the prem you enjoy the look of the most. Tanks.gg is a website that allows you to compare the stats of tanks easily, so if you’re really torn between a couple try using that system. Let me know if you have any other questions; hope that helped!

In the line you like playing and in the tank style you like playing...one premium to build crew is very nice.

Just to clarify, are you interested in which lines you should be focusing on or which ones you should grind from tier 1, as opposed to skipping with free xp? Or do you mean which lines to play as a new player? I want to make sure I don’t misunderstand

Usually MOE calculators combine both dealt and assisted, yep!

I assume you mean grand battles? If that’s the case, grand battles count for neither service record stats OR marks of excellence! So... yes.

Marks of excellence are automatically applied when earned. 80% would mean that you met the first mark requirement of 65%. Therefore, you should have 1 mark. If you don’t see the 1 mark, double check that you’re looking in the correct place for the mark percentage.

Artillery stun damage does indeed count. Damage done to an enemy while they are stunned does count for you as assistance damage. Which type of assistance you may ask? I don’t actually know…. Sorry.

They don’t. The term “rolling average” means that the total average is constantly calculated against the past two weeks. That means that if you played today, Wednesday, you’d be compared against games in that tank up to the Wednesday two weeks ago. If you played tomorrow, then the Wednesday two weeks ago would no longer count, but everything from the Thursday two weeks ago-onwards would. Waiting two weeks simply allows for your scores to be compared against DIFFERENT scores. Not necessarily easier scores, but it may be!

That’s a good one, I’ll add it to my list but it may take a while. Until then, I recommend checking out tanks.gg if you haven’t already. Allows you to see the exact weak spots of different tanks. Best of luck!

If you use a MOE tracker mod it’ll be easier for you to see how much you need to do. Remember that it’s combined damage, not just damage, so that may also be impacting you.

If you go to the tournament team list you should be able to kick them. Just make sure you’re logged in and are the creator of the tournament team. EDIT: if you’re already confirmed, you’ll need to submit a ticket. Those take 24 hours minimum. If you don’t have that much time, you’re screwed :)

Pretty simple, so I’ll explain it in two ways. English: Your average went down. Your average at 72 games was x damage, but at 73 it went down from x damage. To explain in mathematically.... Say you average 2000 a game over 72 games. It’s not calculating on 72. It’s calculating on 100. So 2,000 dmg * 72 games = 144,000 total damage. This is divided by 100, not 72. You get 1,440 average instead of 2,000 for your mark. Now let’s say in your 73rd game you did 1,000 damage. This is lower than your 1,440 average, so your percentage drops. Hope this helped a bit, I’m a history and not a math teacher ;)

@@Indoorwinner but I thought since it’s moving average for past 100 battles and so for 72 games the rest of the 28 games were defaulted to 0 so technically any damage in the 73rd game should increase my moe?

Bc if you only play one game and get an ace, then by your calculation you’d have 3 moe instantly since it’s divided by 1 and not 100

I’d go off what I just typed in my message rather than the defaulting to 0 (I probably meant the default to 0 or not existing to refer to the first couple games when you pas 100 battles, oops) Your second point: 1 game with 10,000 damage. Best game ever. Takes 2,000 to mark the tank. 1 battle * 10,000 dmg = 10,000 dmg. 10,000 dmg / 100 battles total = 100 average damage. 100 is not 2,000 needed, no mark.

Honestly it’s hard to give advice on a particular tank just through text. The 277 is quite good, but doesn’t have a specific role. Meaning, in order to Mark it, you have to be doing EVERYTHING correctly (unlike, for example, the Kranvagn where I could just say “find a ridge and laugh” and call it a day). For the 277, I fully recommend checking out high-level gameplay in the tanks (Lacho’s Wot Replays has high-scoring videos for every single vehicle). My advice through text: Play smart-aggressively. Meaning, take aggressive locations that allow you to either constantly dish out damage or spot (usually through proximity) for your team. For example, on El Halluf from the North spawn, go to the top North West corner and play from there, as you are fast enough to get there and have a big enough gun to dish out damage. Best of luck!

@@Indoorwinner appreciate the advice, I'll have a look at some replays and take some notes from there. Is the northwest corner really that good of an idea? I have attempt to play there a few times, but always found it to be very committing, and really leaves no escape if everything starts falling apart.

@@jensaugust743 It’s situational. If you’re top tier (against 8s) I fully recommend it, nothing can really contest you. Problem is, I see a lot of people playing that corner that only look down the 1 line. Check the other side of the cliff you’re hugging as well, you’ll get shots on anything playing the typical medium ridge. If you play it correctly, it works quite well

@@Indoorwinner Soooo they know German tanks were vastly superior and as Russian gaming company they went full bias mode. Thats my opinion of course. I can't stand the Russian tech tree, and I play on Console, the firepower lacks rediculously.
