How do you make dead tanks look white

Really need a tech tree version of the tank recommendations. I think the only non-prem tank you mentioned was the Caern. Worse still many of them aren't even in the store anymore. I know this vid is a little older but still, hard for a clan of newer players to know what to work up to. I did like the comment about fun though, good joke lol.

Well described...Ur channel is very underrated .. as being relatively new player with almost an year of exp.... it's becoming so so difficult to grind thru lower tiers ... Once u r detected on map ur game is finished within half a minute.... Ite difficult to pen higher tiers or premiums without using gold rounds....so much elaborate tips for many pple like me...

Complete bullshit, that tanks what you not see in the battles have lower requiments. Its completly diverted. More popular tanks are easier to mark.

Best way to grind effectively is by only grinding during december. Or when you get free premium days. Otherwise I dont bother.

im entering a tournament soon (1vs1 Tier X) and the only tier Xs i have are cs63 and progetto 65. Progetto 65 is ass so i hope my polish medium will help me win a little gold

i use wot garage for checking moe values and it says a certain amount of shots calculated by damage. does that include spotting?

after getting used to war thunders HE penetration mechanics, the ones in world of tanks just seem stupid. Like the "cone" of damage instead of near spherical fragmentation of HE in WT. Also angles shouldnt matter when trying to pen with HE as long as the detonator makes contact with enough armor, If HE detonates on contact the distance to the armor would be about the same thus meaning penetration should be near the same value despite angle, but hey wot is more arcade ish.

This video is sooo helpful to me as i am a wotb player whos used to that game mechanics where its so easy to 30k exp and 100k credit per vattle in my progetto 65 and krang, and switching to wot pc. Some of these thing you mentioned are sooooo unbelievably helpful as i found that i was getting like 600 exp on a victory with my badger. thanks so much even though this video is like 2 years old now 😂

THE ABSOLUTLY BEST TIP FOR WOT IS just leave off playing it. I just stopped playing a few days ago, after logging in the game after 1 year. I felt the game made me,in a normal quantity, happy But it doesn't give you something to train or learn (i though it was good for being a strategy and action game) Now I'm having the perfect habits,without the 3 hours a day that the game stole me for 4 days

Some of the tips I've created for myself as someone working to grind out all lines (going for senior engineer): 1. Always have a small stockpile of credits, at very minimum 2 mil. 2. Have at least 1 tier 8 premium for credit grinding. I had no premiums so I bought st patricks 50 boxes and got 5 tier 8s, but just beware you may not be as lucky. For the most effective credit grinding, buy a premium type that you know you will do well with. For example a seasoned TD player should look mainly into TDs. 3. For even more effective grinding, have at least 2 tier 8 premium tanks that you do well with. Sometimes you die mid-battle and instead of waiting around doing nothing for 6 minutes you can just jump into another game immediately with your 2nd premium. 4. If you are going for all tech tree lines grinded out, grind them all simultaneously but give priority to grinding up any "on track" lines. This will be tough initially because the lower tier tanks (IV and below) on most lines suck. But grinding every line simultaneously tier by tier will do these things: - Prevent you from getting bored of only playing with one tank type, and lessen the feeling of "being suck on 1 sucky grind". - Force any random blueprints you might get from battlepass or dailies to be used more effectively, so they'll be used up on lessening the grind of your tier 5 tech tree tanks for example instead of going onto a tier 1 on a line you otherwise wouldn't have bothered to start for months. 5. Keep an eye out for deals, sometimes you might get an offer pop up where you can get gold or premium in a bundle with other things you might have needed for significantly cheaper than buying those things individiually. Occasionally they do a discount (I think it's about 50%) on buying consumables with credits, if that happens (double check first to be safe), invest the majority of your credits (save enough for you to keep grinding credits in your premiums though) by buying a shit tonne of consumables (i.e large medkits for 5000 credits per). Sell these consumables when they're back at normal price again (large medkit for 10000 per) and you will have a return rate of 150% of whatever amount you invested in as little as a few days to a week with no fingers lifted. 6. Always at least do your dailies, especially if there is a battle pass season ongoing. If you do all of your dailies each day you will likely have enough to fully complete all 3 battlepass chapters if not come extremely close to doing so. It is worth buying the improved pass, but to make sure you use your money and time effectively, don't buy it until near the very end of the battlepass season, so like a day or two before. This is because you may end up unexpectedly finishing more chapters after the first, in which case buying the season pass or whatever it's called is worth it over buying a singular chapter's pass. 7. Pay attention to current missions and on track lines. You might have found a line you really enjoy and this can make the grind to the end of that tree significantly easier. Other times they may have ongoing missions that reward you with multipliers or consumables (and if you don't use those consumables, you can sell them for credits in the depot, 10k each I believe) 8. Try to do your Twitch drop stuff on the side. Even if you're only credit grinding, you can still use the tokens you get to obtain things you'll need when grinding tanks like premium days, garage slots, x5 xp missions, credits and reserve and consumable packs. Yet another gain for doing nothing other than opening some random person's twitch stream in the background, muting the tab if the audio bothers you, and remembering to claim on the Twitch inventory page. For best results, watch a streamer that has a 24/7 stream going with drops enabled. 9. If you need more credits and don't use large consumables, go to your depot and sell them. I had like 150+ automatic fire extinguishers just sitting in there which netted me a cool 1.5+ mil. 10. Find a clan that runs clan boosters. Some clans don't even require you to do anything or have any pre-requisites or participate in clan wars but are more than happy to add you as long as you just play the game casually. Also gives you an opportunity to be able to platoon with people more often. Especially effective if you're grinding out a line for more morale and motivation, even more so if you're grinding something like a light tank and need a TD teammate so you can get the spotting, or vice versa if you're grinding a TD and need someone to spot for you. 11. Don't be afraid to use your free XP but use it wisely. If you follow point 4 and there's a line in particular that you hate grinding for, you should be able to wait for your random blueprints to significantly decrease the xp amount needed to progress up that line while you play in lines or tanks that you do enjoy. I usually use free XP to get a better gun on stock tanks that have a crappy gun, at least then I can pump out more alpha damage more reliably to start getting more base XP. Some lines absolutely suck, you likely will not enjoy every single line, but trying to keep yourself in a positive mindset while playing versus getting frustrated at being able to do little to nothing in some games will help you to have better games overall. Sometimes you'll get teams that suck, sometimes you'll get teams that get all the damage and win before you're able to fire a connecting shot, but I've found after playing 500 games in both a negative and positive mindset, I get much better personal results (regardless of loss or win) when trying to stay positive. And lastly, do and don't listen to your teammates. Listen to them when they're telling you things like enemy positions, their position etc. Don't let dead teammates that probably pushed 10 enemy tanks solo and got angry because they inevitably died as a result tell you how to play your own game. Maybe some of this will help someone.
