The only ideal job if you are Urban you consider is the Texans. The other jobs have impatient owners and won’t spend money. Texans you got young guys and a quarterback that is close to elite if given one or two more weapons. Watt is a professional that would help sell Urban’s system in the locker room. But Urban I don’t think is going to coach again because Shelley is head strong he stays retired. Guy did have surgery to correct his health once and was told that surgery is not an option again.

Yeah. He is a great leader. He is, at a minimum, negligent about his staff's domestic abuse. He covers up his players "discretions". And every time he is about to get busted, he lies and says, "I'm sick and need to spend time with my family."

And what did joe burrow do his first starting season at lsu? It took an entire revamp of the offense for him to shine so don’t act like he was this good his entire career

Burrow was a freshman and Haskins had an historic season that year. Burrow only had 1 great year in college. The year before at LSU he was slightly above average.
