All the 90s animated series were connected, thats what made it so awesome. The Secret Wars plot of Spider-Man season 5 is one of my favorites. it had everyone together. Dr Doom, F4, Capt America, iron Man, Storm, Xmen, Hulk. Etc I Think Spider-Man had the most crossovers, The Punisher episodes were great too. The Silver Surfer single season is definitely worth watching for anyone that never saw it. It revolves around a much different version of Thanos than we got in MCU. Still good tho.

Man I am an old fart now. I remember watching the sneak preview of the 1st Spider-Man premiere on FoxKids back in Fall 1994 at ten years old. Man that Spider-Man show was so good, especially the Alien Costume series. I love the inner monolog of Spider-Man's thoughts.

When I and my siblings were young we became like crazy when the Spider-Man intro kicked in. Jumping around in the sofa and shot web everywhere in spiderman poses and also singing with the intro. If they do a revival with the original intro I warn you guys already what is going to happen then.

Concerning music, modern shows just don’t match up to what we had in the past. Almost every show of my first 20 years had a recognizable and memorable soundtrack. For context, I was born in the early 80s. This goes from campy 80s sitcoms and Sat morning cartoons, to more adult fare like Law & Order. Modern shows just don’t do it for me. Sure, there are some recognizable themes, but it’s no where near the same amount as there was 30 years ago.

There was an article in Comics Scene regarding the then-currently airing Spider-Man: TAS where head writer John Semper, Jr. stated that Secret Wars would never be adapted due to there being too many characters. Fast forward 4 years or so, we get a watered-down adaptation. I wouldn't mind a straight-to-video version adapted properly.

I also wanted to add that the toy sales for the X-Men 97 Hasbro line has been really good through the 1st two waves. Rogue is basically impossible to find unless you pay 3x- 4x through the secondary market. Wolverine and Goblin Queen are very hard. Nightcrawler is selling extremely well, as well as Magneto in his original costume, Gambit and Cyclops.

Bro Spider-Man and X-Men r my favorite marvel properties and I loved when the crossover both animated series and ofc Venom plus I loved this show including all the twists and turns with all my favorite characters from the X-Men but also wouldn’t mind a Daredevil animated series plus the animation from Marvel lookin really clean and I can’t wait for more Marvel Animated Universe. Plus and Sony has a rumored Animated Venom movie bro the possibilities could be endless and I’m so hyped for it too being The Fantastic Four animated series.

Original X-Men series, Spidey did a non-seen cameo in a PHOENIX SAGA episode. X-Men made a cameo appearance in a FANTASTIC FOUR (1996 version). They were in civilian clothes, sightseeing and even had Juggernaut climbing up the bridge and had a SCARLET SPIDER appearance as well, while FF were fighting the Hulk and Dr. Doom.

I watched the original 90s Spiderman and i loved it back then, even though I was probably too old to be watching it (I'm 45, do the maths). Rewatched it a couple of times on Disney+. Its aged but is still good. Will love it if they bring it back and hopefully Spectator Spiderman later on as well. Hoping to see a ton of cameos in X-Men 97 as well.

I wanna see all the 90's shows come back. I mean iron man and hulk had some really solid stoeylines as did fantastic four. I remember hulk had demon hulk and iron man did armour wars and hawkeye was in it. Fantastic Four had ghost rider in it as well where he used the penance stare on galactus. They even had silver surfer 90s show as well where he fought thanos and showed how crazy thanos was for lady death and adam warlock was in it as well and he fought ego the living planet which was the same ego from fantastic four that thor and ff4 were fighting as well

I love the implication though. I mean, the newspaper article being written by Eddie Brock, with photos by Peter Parker. It means that not only did Madame Web and Spider-Man find Mary Jane, but they also picked up Eddie Brock along the way, brought both of them back home, Eddie and Peter buried the hatched, Eddie somehow got his job at the Daily Bugle back,, and he and Peter do news reports together. Or, of course, that could be an old ass news paper from before Eddie became Venom and he still worked at the Bugle, but I like the idea of it being after more. Seriously, imagine a buddy-cop Spider-Man and Venom cartoon where they do investigations together and then write it for the news.

I just binged the entire X-Men and Spider Man animated series last fall and they are so good. I missed them during there initial runs because I worked on Saturdays but thankfully Disney + has them. Spidey is very good and had very cool featured characters and stories with Blade & Whistler, Punisher, DD, Felecia Hardy, Spidey’s villains, fleshed out Bugle characters, Madame Web, and like Charlie mentioned the SW arc was very good. Seeing the FF, X-Men, Iron Man, Cap/Red Skull was great. Morbius was done well unlike the Sony live version. The writers also did a good job of featuring Fisk as a Spidey villain. Seeing a Spidey revival series continuation with a married Pete and MJ has a lot of interesting possibilities.

I saw Xmen 97 on D+. I thought it was the original show, that I had already watched as a kid. So I ignored it. Gonna go add it to my list now that I know it's a reboot.

Could Spectrum (Monica Rambo) show up in X-Men 97 Animated but the same version in a future Season when professor X is back as at the end of the Marvels Monica ends up in a universe with beast who seems like he could be the beast from X-Men 92 but a future Season as beast mentions professor X wants an update so it could tie back to the MCU and we see how Monica gets back to the MCU live action universe. Maybe beast makes a portal to the MCU Monica gets back and throw the portal we get to see a few live action MCU cameos throw the portal but it would mean waiting to see how Monica got back in the movies until X-Men 97 Season 2 or 3 and maybe just keeping the how she got back somewhat vage in the movies or maybe she can't remember what happened when she gets back to the MCU so we only find out the truth about Monica going to the 90s animated universe through watching X-Men 97 that would be so meta and cool. Also apart from Spider-Man the animated series back I also want to see a revival of the fantastic four show from the 90s and the iron man and silver sufer but it wouldn't hurt to add some new shows in the style of the 90s set in that X-Men 97 universe like doing the planned Daredevil or Captain America spin offs that never happened maybe even a Nick Fury S.H.I.E.L.D show with the old 90s white Nick Fury plus I've always wanted to know what would of happen had they made the second and possibly 3rd Live Action Nick Fury an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D movies back in the 90s so maybe they could do that but animated

If X-men 97 goes all the way this is going to be the start of going back to those older shows. Next will be Spider-man 90s. Hulk - yes there was a hulk series, I'm not sure if the Iron-man and Fantastic 4 would be picked up as well though.

I feel like the rise mainstream anime like poke'mon and digimon played a hand in this as well. Already had episodes ready too go and just needed translations and censoring and they were good, The fact quite a few where linked too games and toys of their own I'm sure helped too!
