Mi band 5 team. It's time 👍

I like the swipe down notification and the band slim design. I like wearing mechanical watches so this fitness band fits well as an fitness accessory.

A big fan of the mi band series because of its compact size, this one, not so much. I particularly like how the width of the "capsule" is symmetrical with the wrist band from Mi Band 1 to 6. If the Mi Band is getting larger down the line, I'd just choose Xiaomi Watch 1S then.

Loved the mi band 6. The only reason I eventually decided to “upgrade” to an Apple Watch Series 3 was so I could answer phone calls. Overall I preferred the mi band though, especially the strap design. I recently gave the mi band to my mom and she loves it.

I will stick to my Mi Band 6 for now. Not much major upgrades in Mi Band 7. Thanks for sharing

A few bugs aside we're very happy with our Mi Band 6 NFCs. I returned a pair of Mobvoi Ticwatch E3s costing over 3x as much after getting fed up with the appalling battery life, operational issues and bulky size of them. Conversely, I don't know I'm wearing my Mi Band 6 NFC it's so comfortable. Without doubt the Mi Bands are the best value fitness watches available IMHO and have the best battery life. I just wish they hadn't made the new one wider. Plus I don't need more functions, I'd prefer a focus on tracking accuracy and bug fixes.

MI Band 7 launched in China. Me still using my immortal MI band 2. Battery is just the best.

AOD, that's the main purpose of a watch it's always ON to show time. That's the reason I got a Pebble. All other watches can show Messages/Notifications but only few has AOD that can last 5days. I might get this Xiaomi Band instead of the Amazfit thanks to that AOD! If only Amazfit kept their original translucent screen that's visible under the sun I would have bought the Amazfit BIT 3. Thanks for the great review! next time please do a Direct Sunlight test.

For the outdoor running, can I start the activity form the band or I need to do it on the phone?

I'm fan of the Xiaomi so I would to get the band 7. The design is still minimalist compared to the square shaped smart bands and watches. But GPS in the next release is a must add.

Can you please do review on Lenovo legion y90. And compare the camera with k50 gaming or the global one Poco F4 GT which you have reviewed.

Love it. Had the Mi Band 2, 3 and 5. Went over and tried honor band 6, wihich was great. Went back to Xiaomi S1 - which I love! Huge big screen and being able to pay with xiaomi wallet is awesome. Is the xiaomi wallet included in the mi band 7 nfc edition?

Does the workout informations of the band syncs with the phone even you did not able bring the phone to your workout ?

there must be a size threshold to identify the device as "band" or "watch". and that bottom bezel though.

When I order Mi Band 6 It was seven month ago.. and Now, this band called Mi Band 7 release... It's a holy crap 😮‍💨

I had the Mi band and Mi band 2 when it was available. Both are great, but the big issue with them is the straps, more precisely, the part where the smartband is put into. After a few months of using it, the part of the strap started to come loose. Had to buy a few extra straps so I can make sure the smartband stays in place. And a side note, my old Mi band 2 which was slowly dying, still had a (sorta?) solid battery life where it can last as advertised. Only issue is the screen was dimmer and dimmer as the months went by.

Hello. I have mi band 5 before i bought this mi band 7 i noticed that my Mi band 5 calculates the calories i burned through out the day. (Not during workout) but this mi band 7 doesn't. Is my watch defective?

I own a Samsung S21 Ultra. If I set alarms on my phone. I don't get any notification on the mi band 7. Also I had a drink water reminder app. I don't get that notification on the band too. Any idea why ? I am about to return my band 7 and wait for Samsung band if Samsung apps won't sync with mi band or notifications of some apps won't be shown on the mi band 7.

There's a rumour about *mi band 7 pro* with built in GPS which will be launched in July. Please make another review on that if that is true.

I have gen 6, 4 and 2 but then given up on mi band. Is cheap for beginner but you get what you paid for. The heart rate sensor, blood oxygen test is not very accurate or close to unreliable sometimes. ps: seem like we live in the same neighborhood.

Okay! Time to retire my Mi Band 4. 😁 I've been using my Mi Band 4 since early 2019 and it's still working. No issues and it's battery lasts for 6 days. Maybe I'll just give it to someone.

A big improvement that they should add is walkie talkies on the mi band connected to other mi bands.

2:41 I did not hope that it grew from BAND to WATCH ... sure you can read the difference. Am glad that Xiaomi is resistant for bad influencing. But as irresponsible reviewers smash their "reviews" the industry cant resist eternally. Even if that is on a good ground. FE MTB had rear 8cm suspension once ... the geometry / build was far superior to todays 10cm and for 90% of all road MTB it was enough but you know reviewers like this 10 is better than 8 even if they where incapable to truly evaluate it. This info I got from dedicated racer/service guy that was stuffed with relevant data. Remember that in Pixels ... and once we compare some 50Mpx shots to Apple 12Mpx shots than 12 comes on top. Lets be little more humble in hopes and influencing what would be trully better and what is just yours preference.
