If available in my country, this is seriously the first foldable I would consider buying. The only problem with the Samsung Fold in my opinion is the thickness.

I am a big xiaomi fan since 2017. Never had another brand of smartphone or tablet. Then I got the mi pad 5 and got disappionted. No updates at all. I guess it will be the same with the mix fold. At the beginning it will get hyped, get 1 or 2 small updates and thats it

I have a Redmi with me and I never really once complained about the software, it seems ok to me one of the thing I do nick pick about is the integrated ads but it's nothing when you can disable them I'd like to hear your thoughts , what do you don't like about the software? Is there something that you'd wish to see or removed?

That looks really cool. I'm thinking that Xiaomi might be releasing those Mix Fold to Chinese market first to test and refine it, and then it reaches a certain standard for them, they release a new version to international market. So we might see a GApps Mix Fold 3 or 4, maybe?

Mix fold2 is missing some features that I can ignore. On the otherhand, it is giving some feature which I love: the slimness, the usable size, the fast charging and better Battery. Yet almost 400$ cheaper!!!! So, overall, I think Xiaomi have done a great job. Congratulations Xiaomi.

400$ compared to what? I quick-checked price of Xiaomi Fold 2 and Samsung Fold 4 and they're almost the same price. They're in the USD 1600 range. You might just as well bump your budget and get the best given that price range.

@@rcane6842 Being an owner of both phones I can tell you with no doubt the Xiaomi Is the significantly better phone. Thinner larger front and interior screen and great speakers. And no giant gap between the half's and extra bulk.

For me, this revived the hype for foldable phones when Razor was first released. But it was just a little bit expensive for me to buy an unproven, fairly new product. Xiaomi phones are always cheaper than their counterparts and I don't think my wallet gonna survive this time if they release it worldwide.

Hello there. Not related to this video, but I am planning to buy s21 fe for 400 usd. I am happy with everything except the exynos 2100 chipset. I cant get the snapdragon variant here. is the exynos 2100 bad? is it good for long term use as I am planning to stick with this for 3+ yrs.

Im using my Xiaomi Redmi note 10pro and Samsung flip 4 still so nice.. will definitely buy that when release here in our country.. I'm more impressive on the camera of my Xiaomi than my Samsung

It's interesting how we've got so many good products nowdays and, still, there's people willing to buy expensive iPhones with no improvments at all. People can buy anything they want, i'm not against that. Apple is trully a reference of how to sell the brand to make people THINK they're making good deals... even when they're not.

Mix Fold 2 is 262g while Iphone 14 pro max is 240g. MF2 has a great large screen and a small one. Apple earns so much more than any competitors in the market and phone manufacturer like Xiaomi has slowly declining sales and the stock price plummeted.

After owning a 11T Pro I'm sold that Xiaomi can build beautiful phones with industry leading features. I rather wait until Mix Fold 2 gets a NA or Global release than ever touch a Samsung phone again. I've been through too many Samsungs and their bland designs and slow software always puts me off.

My 11T Pro really set the bar for the speakers, didn't expect them to sound actually better than my iPhone 13. Never had any odd behavior either. I waited almost 3 months after release to avoid any potential early manufacturing issues along with a cheaper price 👍🏻 I also got addicted to that big display and fast charger INCLUDED in the box. I use iPhone at work since only iPhone and Samsung is certified 😐 On the plus side I got a 14 Pro for free arriving soon but my personal phone can't be upgraded due to Xiaomi made the 12S series China only 😭 Might as well wait for the 13 series to arrive in Europe around March/April. Samsung is too expensive these days imo, making Oneplus and Xiaomi a better option.

Man this phone looks to have a better build than the samsung fold. Hopefully one can shrink the 1st main screen down abit, pin built in, sd card available and one can dream in bringing back the option for a head phone jack. Nevertheless I think the oppo foldable phone is the best in the market follow by Samsung fold 4.

If they can just get Flex Mode in there I'd definitely consider rocking this(I have a Fold 3). Of course water resistance and wireless charging would be great too but not deal breakers to me. 📱📱🤳🤳

I love this design over Samsung's fold. It is very slim and the outer screen is like a regular phone. The looks are awesome. I hope Samsung will come with a better design next year.

How noticeable is the crease when your looking at it at a normal viewing angle? Is it similar to the Samsung Fold or better?

It's significantly better. I own this phone and I can tell you it's better in every way. The front screen isn't cramped and small the battery is better and the inner displays crease can only be seen when looking at it from a side angle.

They almost done it with Fold 4, but its not enough. Hopefully on Fold 5 they will make a wider cover screen like a normal sized smartphone. Even pen support as well for quick note taking like the Note series.

I'd say 3 years should be decent for something like this, maybe 4 if they feel committed if you need the extra years I'd say go with the Samsung option

I think it would be so much better if it implement the in display camera for the inner display like the Z Fold4, it's quite useful for conference calls. I know it's impossible given the how thin the body is, but it could be done on the third iteration with a little compromise

I missed the Xiaomi Mi Mix phones, since the Mix 1 to Mix 3, my favorite is Mix 3 it looks so clean and impressive full screen display with magnetic slider, I don't know why I don't feel this folding phone, back in the old Mix phones Xiaomi is leading but now it's just following 😔

Hello! I have a problem with my xiaomi mix fold 2 and maybe you can help me and give me an advice. My Phone arrived (in Romania) few days ago and from the Day 1 I have some problems with whatsapp. First of all I notice that my entire agenda doesnt upload - I made a backup before transfer all the data from my last xiaomi) but the contact names doesnt appear until I go to a random conversation and “add contact” but not finishing the adding. That was the first problem, not resolved because just few minute agora my whatsapp account was temporarily banned. I strat reading în help center what that means and they say that or im using an unofficial version or that I might be harvesting information, which is known as scraping. How can I fix this? The app I took down from google play and I m not scraping..I dont even know what that means…so…please, can you give an advice what should I do because I cant risk that my whatsapp account be banned. Thank you

I been using it for almost 1 month now, is extremely anoying phone as it just dont do some simple thing... Have you try changing the date format?, I can not do such thing the formart is set on is "Monday,mm,dd" and con not be change. I need it "dd,mm,yyyy"
