Yo, I had the same definition, but I voted Meg, becouse the small form is litterally useless and people only use her with the super in mind, while Surge still has the main attack + second gadget combo that is really broken, and you can have the super's buffs with the first gadget

My guesses behind each of the ones you pointed out: Jessie: her turret takes a long time to charge only to get taken down fairly quickly Colt: it's generally difficult to hit, and his gadget is still good if he needs to break walls Bea: it gets outranged by snipers on long ranged maps, and can be baited out when hiding behind a wall on close-ranged ones Brock: again, it gets outranged, and it locks him in the animation for a while if he misses (also they weren't taking his 1st star power into account) Rosa: She's still vulnerable to knockback and slows, and it doesn't help much when she's at low HP Poco: I guess just because there theoretically won't be many situations for when Poco's entire team is at low HP Dynamike: his super is rather weak at the moment, since after the Shield Gear's release Dyna can only one-shot Tick and Meg Piper: it breaks walls and gets her away from aggros consistently, but on open maps she has to push up a lot to be able to break the opponent's walls Squeak: It's good when it hits, but a lot of times the super will miss even after it's buff Tick: good against melees and brawlers with low ammo, but usually gets taken down before reaching it's destination. EMZ: Maybe because people can escape it with certain jump/dash abilities? Grom: No clue why that's down here, Grom's super is goated Byron: Good for close-range encounters and as a very consistent finisher tool, but can be hard to charge with his slower reload speed El Primo: After the Summer of Dinosaurs, most people have learned how to dodge this, but it's still good for closing the gap Bo: a free kill when it hits, but also fairly easily disarmed. There are other supers like Gene's and Bonnie's that are free kills which are more consistent Penny: After her rework and her turret getting a few nerfs like slower firing speed or the indicator of where it'll land, she's not nearly as reliant on her super as she used to be This doesn't mean I agree with all these, it's just my interpretation of why they are in the place they are now

And if we take into account how long it takes to get the super, then Tara's would be ranked lower. I guess in the end everyone ranks a super's strength on different factors.

@@Juicyredapples Bull in Heist i quess? But normality hard to get super, and if you go to enemy box you just get kill. Then your Tara, Spike, and Brock enemy end up your box. If you had second gadget you can use it in showdown, but remember some enemy like Tara and Gale. Brawl Ball? Idk i never do that

I think leons super is better cause the problem with the sandstorm is that you can anticipe a zone. Leon is inprevisble. He can come from everywhere at anytime

Because they have factors that makes them better in some ways. Mortis's super can heal, 8 bit's super can give him speed, penny's super is harder to destroy because it has more range and can attck through walls, fang's super is unavoidable and it's basically a free kill

@@iker9095 8bit super gives 35% damage with boosted booster its 50% and with the plugged in it will make YOU AND ONLY YOU speed.

I personally would leave it at 6 seconds, but have the use of a knockback, stun, or into the area she is flying over interrupt the flight. And maybe reduce the speed during the flying a bit.
