@@sefa1147 sadly I can't remember cool facts off the top of my head sorry, as this was many years ago. It was more interesting to thoroughly learn about an artist's life, someone who created beautiful art, rather than the normal history lesson about how awful the human race is. Honestly, a quick Google search of him comes up with a lot of information as he's rather popular, but I remember using encyclopedia Britannica a lot. Sorry I can't be more helpful

@@sefa1147 I know of him a little bit, i'm gonna write down some interesting points of him. 1. He has changed his name over 30 times. The funniest one he named himself is "画狂老人卍" (Gakyōrōjin), which means, " The old madly obsessed by paintings" , I think. 2. He has moved out 93 times in his life. According to the documents, he could barely clean his house. So, he had to change residences consequently. I'm sooo sorry that I'm not good at writing/speakning English. But hopehully you guys understand what I wanted to tell🥲

My husband plays a Turkish oud (among other instruments) - he has a gift for playing something by ear once he's heard it a few times. A playlist of Turkish and Arabian oud music would be really nice.

Personally when I saw the first painting I was imagining something more stormy and violent, but the piece you chose somehow fitted really well with the painting and changed the whole mood to being calmer and a lot gentler

Hokusai is a very interesting artist . And he influenced many artists not just in Japan He had great influence on The Impressionist , who wanted to paint in a fashion more influenced by how the human relates to nature . In oriental art the human is not greater than nature . And Nobody you have shown that well in the paintings you have selected . In both Buddhism and Shinto the philosophies that in general Japan follows . Our human place in nature is seen more clearly ..
