I’ve not read the comics and I’ve not seen Tom Sturridge in anything before, but wow he really blew me away. In an ensemble of great performances he really was the stand-out, he absolutely sold me on this ageless, cosmic force shaped as a human. What a talent

Also The Umbrella Academy, The Alienist, Hannibal, Good Omens and the list just goes on, especially if you take into consideration Marvel or some other projects. In last few years the cinematography and overall visual quality went up, can't say how happy I am as a amateur photographer!

@@zitronentee Depends on how you look at it. Overall it had some flaws, but I really loved Ikarus' story. It didn't have a happy ending, just like a myth he's based of, but it was honest. He got lost, made a few mistakes and took the consequences. If you have a minute, watch a vid by Slyfer2812, it's just beautiful

From casts to visuals and story telling this is a masterpiece. One of the best fantasy show/film i've watched can't help to rewatch it over and over. Man love this lucifer so elegant yet terrifying, full of wisdom but in wicked ways. Gwen nailed the part love all he casts can't pick who's my fave.

I've watched 3 eps so far and I'm forcing myself to pace it out and not just binge it in one go. It's so good so far and I noticed several shots especially of Dream in captivity that almost looked like lifted panels from the comic. Such beautiful lighting work and effects and Charles Dance is always a good villain. The Corinthian is totally terrifying as well as John Burgess.

Tom Sturridge was born for the role of Dream/Morpheus. Gotta give him extra credit for his performance in the pilot episode. Giving the fact that Tom was naked, stay mute and stuck in a glass cage. Absolutely can’t wait for season 2.

The first season was great I am hyped for season 2, it kind of made me think about game of thrones season 1-2 because every actor performance was rock solid even side characters that were seen very little were impressive. I would love to see more of Despair, Desire and Death their design is just great. The fight between Dream and lucifer was probably one of my favorite moment in a tv show ever.
