@@mlegrand wow that's like the opposite of what I would expect, but it makes sense for yours being separated and so much more immediate soft tissue involvement... I've ridden indoors twice so far... it's so hard not to be able to even set my hand on the bars but it's the only thing keeping me from losing all hope for next year. I'm hoping that by spring I might be able to ride the road bike outside. Swimming and running, I will get a better idea in a little less than a week FIngers crossed! The pain really can take the knees right from under you. Nearly went into shock laying in the mud when it happened, and been taken to tears with a sneeze lol. I have just that much more understanding and empathy for all the people who have been taken out by shoulder injury, i hope you're back in the saddle more comfortably soon. Luckily mine didn't happen on the bike so I won't have the extra fear attached to the bike (kind of like driving after a car accident). I'm sure you'll have some challenges yet, but I know you'll get there. It's such a humbling experience, I'm glad you're still out here putting so much effort into supporting the sport after being sidelined a bit.

You have to be on some sort of computer to do this. You used to be able to log in to the website and enter promo codes in against your profile and those jerseys would show up the next time you opened the app, but I don't think that link is there anymore. Considering the number of people on mobile or ATV, I am surprised they haven't made a button for that or just allowed for it in companion. Soon hopefully.

Hi 🙂 so the Rapha Cycle Club jerseys are elusive. You have to be a member and you request a promo code through them. I'm pretty sure they use a special short term use code through Zwift so once someone might give up that code, it's already invalid 😔 the only other thing you might be able to look for is a Rapha CC group ride. Some clubs unlock Kits when you participate and complete one of their events - by the way, there are a lot of wild kits on some of those group rides, so keep your eye out 😃 For the second question, here aren't promo codes for bikes... yet... same goes for helmeted and glasses. I have no idea if Zwift will get there as they upgrade the program but currently that whole function is really just used for jerseys.

Wattbike jerseys are not unlocked with promo codes. If you own a wattbike, the jersey will be unlocked automatically. At present, you cannot override the need for the trainer signal with a promo code.

Just keep an eye out for special events and join them. You can unlock a lot by finishing certain missions, challenges and series events. No codes for any of that stuff yet.

The rapha jersey requires you to be a part of the Rapha Cycling Collective. It's a group with a paid membership and they send users a one-time promo code for zwift. Currently there is no workaround without being a member.

Hi, I have not seen any other means of unlocking that kit outside of participating in a group ride. The last one I saw was a Jan Frodeno ride before the Pandemic. I'll keep an eye out for codes. Sometimes if you join brand facebook groups/like pages they have promo codes there as well, but I really don't think there's a code for Ryzon.

That is a betty designs kit. They have a bunch of wild kits. Join one of their women's group rides to unlock that one and a bunch of others. If you use the companion app to join it will show you right on the info page which kit is being unlocked. No promo codes for those ones yet. Good rides though, usually a steady social pace.

Something must be wrong with your connection. All of these have been tested and used by thousands with only the occasional code becoming obsolete due to branding changes.

Your observation skills need work. Everything you need is right in the description. Is it that hard? I'm not going to wipe your ass for you.

Try this workaround: Login to zwift on safari in the top right corner is the option to change your profile. From there hit settings and then billing. Under Billing is a Membership option and a PROMO option. Try typing the codes there then logging back in. I don't use iOS but I believe this works 😃

No, the VC kit was an event unlock only.

That's strange that it's not working. I just ran through 25 of them just now and all popped up valid. I know there is an update push today, I wonder if it's a bug? Colin got his to work too. Maybe give it a day or two? That's just so bizarre that none are working on your app. Have you tried opening it on PC or Mac? Admittedly I haven't tried them recently on mobile or ATV.

Everything Is Photogenic I use Apple TV but went to activate on my PC, I got a message that they are not valid. Yesterday I unlocked my RCC kit with no problem. Again thanks for the info. Possibly something wrong on my end.

Unlocked a bunch of kits this AM. Again great channel... thanks

Really just don't watch at all and read the description which doesn't tell you which kit you're getting really. But put them all in and maybe you'll end up with a few you like... lol

They all work. They've been tested. Make sure you're entering them properly.

@@jeirock the best way to do it is open zwift on a PC or Mac and use the P button. Apple puts restrictions on their devices for whatever reason making this process difficult. There are some people online that have found ways around it and were able to open the dialogue box, but I am not personally familiar enough to give specifics.
