There’s no point in putting a base on the moon. It’s expensive and using starship to do it is ridiculous because starship hasn’t been tested with a full load to land on uneven ground. It’s ten stories high so unloading it will be ridiculously complicated. And who wants to live on the moon with the very real risk of lung damage from exposure to moon dust.
