Joey was not rich as hell when he grew up. His father sold his small business and moved down here to race. They drove around with a camper and hitched the car to the back just to find a place to race. Brett, you are nothing but a jealous hater.

To class Larson in the same sentence as AJ and Mario is Ludicrous. Let Larson try to be competitive in the cars that AJ and Mario drove coming up in racing in the early days. BIG difference from todays cars. Tires, engines, chassis, suspensions. Cars you really had to drive not just try not to crash

First I want to say great show, probably my favorite so far, and that list is long. Second, the stories are unbelievably wonderful. My mom told me when I started working on racecars here in kc that I was in the wrong place and I should have been in Charlotte. Chocolate and Kirk told the stories so well it's like we all were there with them. And lastly something a little personal, I too am a cancer survivor. Although my cancer was different the mindset was the same. When you have cancer it actually does scare family, friends, and loved ones more, because you as a patient have one thing on your mind in regards to it. I'm going to beat this! Once you do you live like every day is a precious gift, and it truly is. Chocolate if you read this, thank you for sharing this. Prayers for you. And this is why we relay for life. Since before my diagnosis my wife and I started getting involved with relay for life. We started a team just weeks before my diagnosis with vocal chord cancer. I think as survivors we owe it to those who have lost their battles, to take up the fight, use our stories and our platforms raise awareness and funds for research. God bless you all and long live the flying aces.

Junior this was definitely one of my favorites. I'm so glad you brought Kirk and Chocolate on together. It really brought back so many memories for me being a dedicated Earnhardt fan forever. The Flying Aces were definitely the best. I would love to have one of those t-shirts!!! I 100% agree with them, you have done so much for this sport, your mom and dad would be so proud of you, watching you grow up on the racetrack I am so proud of you!!!! Chocolate will definitely be in our thoughts and prayers. His attitude and positivity is absolutely awesome!!!!

I think it would be fascinating if they developed a legacy racing league where those 70s race cars could be recreated as they were with the addition of internal safety equipment and put today’s drivers and teams on the track and let’s see how good they truly are as compared with those drivers from that time period..

It's a shame that Teresa chose 100% of nothing rather than 49% of something. She was in a rough spot to have to make those kinds of decisions. The chickens from how she treated Dale's kids came home to roost.

Chocolate is correct about the negative thoughts. My old Preacher always said when you go through this to "speak life" or be positive and surround yourself with those who lift you up!!! Elohim loves you Chocolate and thanks Dale for sharing these memories each week.

What an honor for Dale Jr. to be able to sit with Richard and kyle Petty and ask them questions. But i would give my life for Dale Jr. to be able to sit and interview his daddy Dale Sr. I miss that man so much still to this day. Meeting Dale sr and talking with him twice, once all alone at his old busch shop behind the new DEI headquarters and the second time at his fan appreciation day at his dealership with my daddy in newton nc was the highlight of my entire 63 yrs of life. But the day he died at Daytona was the lowest of my life until i lost my own daddy 10 yrs after Dale died. My whole family except one sister loved Dale she liked jeff gordon, but we all loved watching Dale race every week, and to lose the man in black really shook us all to the core. That's how much he was loved and followed by us all. I will miss him until the day i die and pray i will get to sit and talk to him with my daddy in heaven one day again. Love you #3
